The room was not cleaned properly. There was ketchup or blood on the curtains, boogers on the wall, soap on the tub walls that had not been cleaned off. The shower curtain rod was starting to fall off of the wall. There were water and/or mold stains on the ceiling. There was a bug found in the bed. The fire suppressant system was covered in dust and had not been cleaned for a period of time. The room looked like it had not been vacuumed very well or at all.

Everyone was just lying anywhere drunk , the lady at the front desk was so embarrassed . I get it’s a college town the guest were literally on the balcony yelling to the front lobby to converse. The lobby bathroom was so pissed out the just put the yellow sign in the floor but you could smell it was indeed pee. Breakfast is limited but you get what you pay for .

Room was nice. Parking lot was coned off and lines were not painted well in the back. Also back door didn't need a key card to enter the buildine. Reader was there but wasnt needed for entry.

We were put in a room on the first floor. It was across from where they kept all the linen. All night we heard doors slamming and all of the laundry going. Our shower was also pretty dirty and was an average stay at best.

Booked a non-smoking room at a massively inflated rate. The room was imbedded with the smell of cigarettes and was awful. When paying over $300/night, a non smoking room, needs to be a non-smoking room.
