Pack your beach bags and chairs and take a short walk down to the sandy beaches of Garden City and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The location was great, but the condo was unkept and dirty. We had roaches, and the a/c wasnt worki

Parking was not the greatest at all.
The condo was nice. We did not like the idea of property umbrellas lined up even though we were not a high rise, we still had to put our umbrella behind those like second hand renters. We could put our chairs down below them w/o our umbrella, which was too hot for that. Other than that we had a good time.
