Waterforde is located 2.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This four-story complex offers units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and oceanside pool. Pack your beach bags and enjoy the sandy beaches and laid-back atmosphere this location provides. Go for a swim in the outdoor pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk down to the beach and relax. Waterforde's amenities include a gated parking lot, outdoor grilling area, elevator, and complimentary Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Two parking permits are issued per unit.
