This comfortable oceanfront condo is exactly what you have been looking for. This two-bedroom, two-bath, oceanfront condo is located in a family friendly area of North Myrtle Beach which is located in the Windy Hill section. It is located on the first floor with a beautiful view of the ocean which can be seen from the living room and master bedroom.

This tastefully furnished and well maintained condo has tile and hardwood floors thru out the entire condo.

The living room has sliding glass double doors that lead onto the balcony where beautiful sunrises and stunning sunsets can be enjoyed and the calming sound of the ocean can be yours during any season. The condo was remodeled in July 2022. This condo has a full-size fully equipped kitchen with dining area. New dishes, pots and pans, and crock pot was added to the kitchen in July 2022. For additional sleeping space, there is a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a DVD/CD Player, VCR Player, 50' television and cable. High Speed internet access is also available.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bath and a 20' television with cable. The ocean can be seen from this window. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and 20' television with cable. Each bedroom has sufficient closet space to meet your needs. Linens are provided for both bedrooms. Towels and washcloths are provided for both bathrooms.

There is a laundry room in the condo with a high efficiency washer & dryer, on site parking and an oceanfront pool. There are 2 grills located on this property for your grilling needs.

This condo accepts dogs, however there is a limit of 2.

After a fun filled day on the beach, you may want to go to Barefoot landing or eat at one of many great restaurants located less than 5 minutes away. You may want to spend the evening at the Alabama Theater or the House of Blues. Barefoot landing also has many walkways where children can feed the fish and ducks. For the shoppers in the crowd, Tanger Outlet Mall and Myrtle Beach Mall are all close at hand. There are many mini-golf courses close for your families entertainment.

Beautiful from Sunrise to Sunset
Great stay - up early to see Sunrise each day; loved being able to have the doggie with us. Thomika was phenomenal as I had a small problem and she came right over an assisted - even offering me the ability to use her home if I needed. True customer service. Last minute decision to stay extra night and that was a breeze to accomplish. thank you so much - and we'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed a pleasant week here. The pros: Had everything we needed to enjoy local seafood without going out. You can’t beat beach front. Beautiful morning views. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Cons: A bit dark in living room, even with table lamps on. Master bath fan noisy but doesn’t actually work or if irked perfectly. it does, couldn’t tell. Main bath room fan worked perfect. VRBO ad soecifi d hot tub but there was none. And they closed the pool nov 1 so no place to lounge because all chairs locked inside pool area. All in all, nice clean and quiet place for our vacation. fan w

It was good the one couch was bad in the middle to sit on could never get the big tv on just cable NBC ABC or CBS and the nite before we left I seen and killed the BIGGEST roach I had ever seen in the middle bathtub. I couldn't sleep the last nite thinking if there would be more roaches everywhere crawling or in our suit cases but lucky when we got home unloaded the luggage in the garage and left them over nite for just in case but no bugs!! Thank you

Nice weekend getaway with our furbabies:)
My daughter and I had a great time here. Everything was exactly as listed and we sooo enjoyed bringing our fur babies along with us. Clean property and oceanfront was a plus. The balcony was nice to relax on in the evenings as well. Very close to outlets and restaurants. Hope to return soon.

This is our 2nd stays and once again, we fell in love with the place. It located in a magical block, where it is so close to everything and yet it is not as crowded if you were to stay about 5 buildings down from both sides. We are definitely coming back if we can since the timeline we are looking for already booked up! This place is so popular and clearly there is a reason why. As far as location, this is a great location! The condo is oceanfront with a very short and easy walk to the beach. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The pictures are accurate to what the condo looks like inside. We loved being able to take our little Papillon with us on this 2 week stay.
