Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Made multiple calls to tell the property my flight is being delayed and I wouldn’t be in till late. I asked to pay and got told don’t worry we’ll see ya when you get here and check you in. When I got to the property I was told the room I booked wasn’t available. So I get another room and it shouldn’t ever have a charge to it, broken AC, broken remote, lighting doesn’t work. Due to no ac, I made the call and got another room. If you have any sense of customer service I would think I’d be getting a written apology and compensation for the cost of this weekend at that property. This isn’t saying staff isn’t nice but my original greeting was not pleasant especially being told at 1:30am in the morning my room was given away, especially after the app says it was paid and confirmed. And telling your guest that their credit card didn’t work when you know that isn’t a possibility is out right insulting.
