Beaucoup de piscines et directement sur la plage

Belle vue sur la mer. Plusieurs piscines et spas intérieurs et extérieurs. Glissades d'eau inclus. Stationnement de l'autre côté de la rue. Porte-bagage à roulette introuvable !!!! Personnel du soir riait de nous car nous transportions tous ns bagages à la main, aucune aide de leur part. Déjeuner sur place correct $. Bar sur place $.

Theres roaches in the rooms and where they serve the breakfast. No clean at all! Floors of the room clearly are not being cleaned brand new white socks were dirty within the first 5 hours of being there, no broom was provided. Room was not stocked properly plus no room service is provided to make sure you have what you need. Gave us breakfast vouchers to accommodate for the roaches and found roaches in the kitchen. Also went for the water slide to find only one was functional. Very unprofessional staff as well. Wouldnt recommend to anyone or their families.

One of the worst hotels I’ve seen. They need major remodeling and definitely check for child trafficking. I felt unsafe and was disgusted with the condition of the property. Thank God they upgraded us to a nicer room but still the experience was not pleasant. The water park for kids is the only thing my son enjoyed.

The room smelled like smoke and old molded carpet. Also was infested w/roaches. Initially I was not even offered any accommodation, I was told to wait until the following morning. Well when the light went out more roaches came out! I then went back to the lobby to request either a refund or a solution. Finally Sherman moved us for the night but we would have to move again the next morning. Morning came and I was told that the front desk would call when the room was ready. I waited until 2:30 pm still no call. I returned to the front desk yet again. We moved into our room and it was fine but the charges on my bank statement do not reflect the rate I booked minus the one night that Sherman agreed. Update: Neil fixed the billing problem

I've never left a bad review and I've hardly ever left a review unless i was blown away buuuut i can't believe they call it a resort... but i see it as a motel on steroids! The "Waterpark" if you want to call it that only had 1 big slide open and the one kids slide. On top of that there wasn't anyone at the top of the water side to give permission and directions to go down.. little kids were going down getting hurt and a really big person could go down it and break it and really get hurt.. the pools were disgusting because none of the rinse off stations as you came off the beach worked so everyone seemed to clean off in the pools.. we asked for few towels and was told they would send some and we never got them. With all the nice pictures and descriptions i thought it would be great lol

The room was ok but found roaches in the room the hot water took to long to heat up the shower coming from the beach to Wash off the sand was not working it to many people were getting jelly fish sting in this area no warning signs was a long line for check in the elevator were to hot but we made the best of it but I don't think I would choose this hotel again
