The fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds, 50" smart TV, blackout shades, and a separate balcony with seating. In addition to the spectacular views, the large living room provides sliding doors to the wraparound balcony, blackout shades, and a 55" smart TV. Other features include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a large exterior storage closet adjacent to the unit. CCU Drop Off

10 members of the family came to help drop our daughter off at CCU. Stayed four nights and had a great time. Location is convenient to all attractions, the layout easily accommodated all of us. Condo was clean and well kept. The access to the beach was a one minute walk. Would book again.

Beautiful beach retreat

Wonderful place to stay for an off-season getaway. The condo was extremely confortable for our family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. And the views from the condo balcony were spectacular. Plenty to do for the kids.. walks along the beach, indoor pool swimming, and plenty of touristy attractions (that were still open in the winter).

Myrtle Vacation

We had 7 people total including 2 young children and our stay was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and everyone felt comfortable. The beach was only a short, easy walk from the condo and the pools at the complex were perfect for a break from the sun and for our kids (they loved the lazy river pool and kiddy pool). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend and return again!

Great stay!

Our entire group was really happy with our selection. The location was great, the beach was great, the condo was perfect for the 9 of us. It was clean, spacious and modern. Our suggestion would be to get more knives. Not enough for everyone that you are renting to...was buttering my toast with a spoon. Seems minor (and it was) but inconvenient. Also, the condo provides limited supplies (ie. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the entire week, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dish clothes - we’ve left the ones we bought behind, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent and washer detergent). Again, it wasn’t a huge deal as we visited the local grocery store and stocked up. The condo is located on the second floor so the view to the ocean is limited. I would give this condo a 5 star rating and would definitely return. It was a fantastic experience overall and we were highly impressed.

Wonderful Time with Family

The condo was perfect. The large balcony was wonderful with the great weather we had; the evenings were spent outdoors. Loved the easy access to the pool and beach. We are frequent visitors to the myrtle beach area (2-3 times a year for the last 22 years) and really appreciated the location away from the crowds. We usually stay and play down between 20th and 26th N. Ocean Blvd. Had no problem getting a spot on the beach every day.

Good accommodations, a few things

We had plenty of space with 11 people. Had MOST dishes you would need to cook, but only one large bowl that we used mostly for hot soapy water as we were not able to plug the sinks with a stopper. One extra large casserole, a standard size would have been better. Also no deep pot for cooking pasta. We managed with a smaller one. The oven was not holding temperature so baking took extra time. Also, if using dryer, needs pulled off the wall a bit for the air vent to not be scrunched causing excessively long drying times.

Family vacation

Had a problem with the floor cleaning. Very dirty. Contacted management and they responded directly. Floors were swept and mopped right away. Great location over looking the beach and the pool area. We had a second floor so partial blockage of the ocean and beach by trees. 3 rd floor or higher is the way to go. Great parking and the condo is very spacious.

Exactly as pictured

The condo was as exactly as described and pictured. Many pools for everyone indoor and outdoor. The beach location was so convenient literally outside your door. Great view from your balcony. The space of the condo was perfect for me and my family. Very spacious and clean. No issues with the condo itself at all. However the taxi drivers and Uber drivers were getting lost when I placed my location for pick up. I think the facility itself needs a bigger sign outside. But nonetheless I recommend this condo.
