Tervetuloa lomakohteeseemme Ocean Blue 803! Tämä on omistajan hallinnoima huoneisto. Pyrimme jatkuvasti päivittämään huoneistoamme. Sisustuskuvat päivitettiin kesäkuussa '19 näyttääkseen upeat näkymät olohuoneesta, ruokasalista ja makuuhuoneesta! Älä mene lankaan muihin vuokralaisiin, joilla on kuvia vuosia sitten! Suosittelemme kysyä omistajilta / johtajalta, milloin kuvat otettiin.

Huomaa: virtuaalikierros kuva-asennossa 3 ja videon läpi kuva-asennossa 4 ovat keväästä 2018. Joitakin laitteita ja kalusteita on päivitetty siitä lähtien. Aiomme päivittää ne syksyllä 2019. Valokuvat kuvaavat nykyisiä kodinkoneita ja huonekaluja. Teemme useita päivityksiä vuosittain. Virtuaalikierroksen avulla voit käytännöllisesti kulkea koko huoneiston läpi.

Tässä huoneistossa on sama tila kuin talossa ja se tarjoaa monia mukavuuksia, joita ei löydy rantatalosta!

Suora valtameren etunurkka / päätyhuoneisto South Ocean Blvd: llä, Myrtle Beach, SC, Ocean Blue. Koe yksi suurimmista luksushotelleista Myrtle Beachillä. 8. kerroksessa 2850 neliömetriä, 35 jalkaa pitkä, 300 neliömetrin valtameren edessä oleva parveke, 5 erillistä makuuhuonetta, 4 täyttä kylpyä. Koska se on päätyyksikkö, huoneistoomme ulottuu rakennuksen kadun puolelta (yksityisellä kadun puoleisella parvekkeella) rakennuksen valtameren puolelle (yksityisellä merenrantaparvekkeella). Tämä ominaisuus on erittäin yksityinen ja siinä on vain 36 yksikköä ...... 12 kerrosta - 3 yksikköä per kerros ja 2 hissiä. Tämä vuonna 2007 rakennettu kompleksi ylläpitää erittäin yksityistä ja ylellistä tunnetta, mutta on kuitenkin lähellä kaikkia toimia, joita Myrtle Beach tarjoaa. Tämä laite sopii erinomaisesti pitkille / useille perheille tai ryhmä- / golfretkille. Tämä ominaisuus on varustettu katetulla pysäköintihallilla ja pass-koodilukilla kaikissa yhteisissä ovissa. Kuka voisi unohtaa pehmeän valkoisen hiekan ja lempeän Atlantin valtameren!

Huoneistomme on upeat näkymät molemmilta parvekkeilta! Koska huoneistoamme eteläpuolella sijaitseva viereinen rakennus on vain 4 kerrosta korkea ja huoneistoomme sijaitsee 8. kerroksessa, meillä on uskomattomia esteettömiä näkymiä parvekkeelta etelään päin olevalle rannalle ja suurimpaan osaan huoneiston huoneita! Kadun puolella olevalta parvekkeelta on myös hieno merinäköala! Vain 5 makuuhuoneen asunnoista Ocean Blue -alueen eteläpuolella 4. kerroksen yläpuolella on tämä upea näkymä rannalle.

Parasta on näköala merelle 8. kerroksen pääsviitistä ja tyylikkäästi sisustetusta oleskelutilasta. Päivän jälkeen rannalla lepäämässä lämpimässä kesäauringossa nautit omasta baarista, olohuoneesta, jossa on 52 "LCD-televisio ja suoratoisto Blu Ray DVD -soitin, mediahuoneessa, jossa on 42" LCD-televisio, jossa on suoraviivainen Blu Ray DVD -soitin, ja paljon tilaa perheen / ystävien majoittamiseen. Tästä mestariteoksesta löydät LCD-televisiot kaikissa makuuhuoneissa, täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu, ilmainen WiFi ja kaksi jääkaappia kaiken kokoisten juhlien järjestämiseen! Siellä on 35 jalkaa pitkä yksityinen merenrantaparveke Master-sviitistä ja olohuoneesta, ja kaikista makuuhuoneista on näkymä joko merelle tai grand strandille! Kaikissa huoneissa on ulkoikkunat, jotka sallivat luonnollisen valon! Toinen parveke, josta on upeat katunäkymät, sijaitsee queen-sviitissä. Tämä rakennus pyrkii miellyttämään, tarjoaa helpon pääsyn kaikille ikäryhmille ja on liikuntarajoitteisille (Huomaa: huoneisto sisältää noin 34 "ovea).

Banaaniveneet, para-purjehdus ja vesiskootterivuokraamo ovat saatavilla Downwind Sails Watersports -kadulla, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta.

Kaupat, ravintolat ja elokuvateatteri sijaitsevat Market Commonsissa, lyhyen 2 mailin ajomatkan päässä asunnosta länteen.

Pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet sisältyvät jokaiseen vuokraan.

Meidän huoneisto nukkuu korkeintaan 14 ihmistä, mikä edellyttää sekoitus aikuisia ja lapsia. Jotkut sängyistä eivät sovellu aikuisille (ts. Parivuode kerrossängyllä). Katso kuvia ja makuuhuoneita koskevia tietoja tarkasti. Meidän huoneisto ei sovellu 14 aikuiselle.

Wonderful vacation for 3 generations of family. Great location on the beach and can walk to Myrtle Beach State Park. Condo was very comfortable and accommodating for all 10 of us. Amenities were endless! Owner was very kind and easy to reach with any questions etc. Will definitely go back again!

Family vacation
We had an absolutely wonderful time. Your condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed and more! Very spacious. The view from the 8th floor is amazing. We were so blessed with all of the beach things you provide we would not have needed to bring anything. The kitchen was so very well stocked although I can only speak from what my kids say because I didn’t have to cook at all! The indoor and outdoor pool options were a big hit. The beach was very clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a great week! 🏝️

A Good Week
Really enjoyed staying here. Loved the balcony - sitting out there in the evening and reading. We did something different every day, the Arboretum, Fort Sumter and the Yorktown, the aquarium, and a nature river cruise. Great places to eat and relax with family for an afternoon drink. The kids loved the beach, running into the waves and the pools. So easy to check in and out. We had more cars than parking passes so found it very easy to get the street parking pass and places to park in front of the building. Will definitely tell friends about this place. One thing I wish they had are recycle bins, glass, aluminum and plastic.

Perfect Family Getaway
The condo was large and perfect for our large family getaway. The kitchen and laundry area was well stocked with everything needed as well as plenty of beach chairs and pool floats to use. The balcony was amazing. The building and pools were very clean and there was always a staff member cleaning and tending to things. Great communication with the owner as well. Only a few little things to nitpick: the 2 smokers in our group said there wasn’t a safe place to smoke outside, they were often in the alley with the other building’s dumpsters. The bed in the sleeper sofa was too bent to sleep on, but the couch itself was fine to sleep on instead. The unit next to us had some rowdy tenants that were super loud at night, but the day of checkout we saw a notice on their door from the condo staff about it. I do wish I could have unpacked my suitcase and hung clothes in a closet but our closet was stuffed full of all the beach and pool stuff and there weren’t any hangers, but again, completely minor compared to how awesome everything was.

The whole stay was perfect for us. It is so easy to get around to stores, costco, and the boardwalk area. The condo is in great shape with lots of gathering room and privacy when needed. Parking was better than anywhere I've stayed(so easy). Elevators are fast. Pools and beach were perfect. I would 100% recommend staying here if you get the chance. John is a great host!

Relaxing Week with Littles
John was very communicative which made our check in and stay really enjoyable and smooth. The condo was really well stocked with kitchen items and beach items. We had 4 adults and 7 kids 5 and under, and the condo had enough sleeping space and common areas to accommodate playtime for big kids during little kid nap time. The view was incredible and really easy trek down to the pool and beach. Can’t say enough good things about our unit. The only thing that could’ve improved our stay is if the outdoor pool (and indoor pools, though we mostly played outside) was heated. Overall, I’d come back!

Ahh-mazing!
I have rented many properties before but this one was incredible. Truly everything you could need in the kitchen and stuff for the beach/pool. We brought our instant pot because we use that all the time and never expected that to be there. Location was amazing!!! View from the great room was OVER THE TOP!! Furniture, comfy and plentiful. Spacious, nicely appointed rooms. Room for everyone. Balcony was an added bonus for the size. Alfresco dinner and lots of seats for everyone. Rocking chairs were a nice touch! Even though only parking for 2 cars in the garage, getting weekly pass was super easy and lots of parking very close to the condo. We all had an amazing time and looking forward to renting it again next year.

Family Vacation at Myrtle Beach
This property is everything the pictures show and more. Very modern and comfortable. The manager is the owner. He can be reached anytime with questions and he answers quickly. Linens are provided, also dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. There is a variety of beach toys in the cupboards for use. The condo is very well guarded, so we felt safe staying there. We loved that the beach is just steps away. We had a total of 13 people in our family stay there and had no problems. We didn't feel cramped. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! We were a little south of the Boardwalk. The area is pretty quiet. If you are planning a family vacation, please consider choosing this property.

Until now, we have been staying in hotels. After our vacation in this condo, we will NEVER go back!!!!! High end everything, plenty of room to spread out, and amazing views!!!!

great place
Visited son, daughter in law, and granddaughter on her spring break. Excellent large condo, fully equipped kitchen, and media, centrally located, nice view of ocean, steps to the beach, nice pools indoor and outdoor, walk to several dining places, food marts, putt putt course. Windows on 3 sides, oceanview , side view, and front of hotel. Would stay there again jiffy quick.

Spacious Home with a View
My family loved our stay in this lovely and very spacious home on the eighth floor. The side facing the ocean was all glass, making for stunning sunrises and amazing views at all times of the day. The living/dining/kitchen area was large and comfortable and we (six adults and seven children) enjoyed spending most of our time there. The kitchen was superbly equipped with two refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, and everything that we could need including spices and other items that we might have forgotten. My daughters and their families continue to rave about the beauty of this home and the thoughtfulness of the owners. The beach was a bit cold and windy this April, but thankfully our kids seemed to prefer swimming in the indoor pool, and lazy river. I highly recommend for larger families.

great time!
The condo was great. Lots of room there were 9 of us. There is even a door so you could close of the back area where the 4 bedrooms and sitting area was . You could be in the kitchen living room and balcony without disturbing people that went to bed early. Kitchen is very well equipped . Close to lots of restaurants and activities , right on the beach . Overall a fantastic time! If you have more than 2 cars you need to get the parking pass for 30.00 for the whole week. We parked right next door.

Perfect accommodation for families.
The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Very spacious with amazing views and conveniently located to attractions. The two refrigerators came in handy for our family and the fact that everything needed is provided to make the stay comfortable was greatly appreciated. We had a few rainy days and the indoor pools kept the grandkids happy. Definitely recommend this condo - the owner was a pleasure to work with.

Perfect size for multiple families
We had a group of 13, with kids ranging from 3-16. Plenty of rooms, sleeping quarters, and lounging areas for everyone. Wasn't much to walk to for dinners or activities outside of the daily swimming at the pools or beach. However, within 30 minutes you are at a baseball game, amusement park, aquarium, and North Myrtle Beach scene. We had an amazing time regardless of the drive to evening entertainment. Property was every clean and staff was friendly. Kids loved the two lazy rivers, which were a great refuge from the sun and perfect for covered picnic lunches.
