Disgusting

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The room was disgusting. The couch was nasty. We walked in and saw roaches immediately. We didn’t even stay. I lost $200 for the 1st night because I refused to stay in this dump.

For the price. It’s not bad. Room was clean and the ocean front covered balcony great. I didn’t swim but the pool is large and appeared to be in good condition. Overall condition of the building is not great. Time for a renovation!

Property rundown, no housekeeping, building conditions were just poor: moldy smell or marijuana smell, no Conveniences, broken outlets, ac units , dirty ice machine, broken elevator, just extremely Neglected and derelict all around.

Sink was broken (large gap filled with white silicone) that didnt drain well. Dip in floor with alot scrapes. Couch dirty, went out and bought a sheet so i could sit down. Would not recommend 😕

The only good thing about this place is the ocean view/ocean front experience, everything else was horrible. Mold everywhere, old doors, bathroom wasn’t even clean, you have to ask for towels at the front desk, and the only elevator that was working felt like it was going to break or leave you stuck in it.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Multiple family members booked rooms, all either had bed bugs, mold or were just nasty. And the staff was very rude. Our beds were full of bugs, they couldn't switch rooms so we had to sleep in the parking lot with our children in the car until 5am until another room became available. I was told my money would be refunded that night, which was a lie. They are refusing to give me a refund until the room gets inspected by a bug company. But we watched them hurry and change the beds and bedding. My other family member that had bugs also was told they couldn't change rooms at all. And was also promised a refund that prob won't happen either. We have videos of the bed bugs and also of the staff washing puke from around the pool and all the dirt from the pool area into the actual pool. This is one hotel were everything looks good online and on paper but is literally a roach hotel in reality. Because yes, they had cockroaches too. Will def be reporting this business to the local health department

Place has very poor upkeep. Door knobs falling off. Stains on everything. Toilet that didnt flush. Roaches. One elevator was under repair the other one was down more than half the time of our stay. Everytime you left the property the room key card wouldn't work upon return and needed to be reactivated. Floor had huge gouges in it. Security lock on door not even attached properly. The pool and the view were surprisingly very nice tho. Location was a bit of a ways from the boardwalk but had some nice stuff only a few minutes walk away. Met four staff members and it was a 50/50 split with good and bad. Plenty of on-site parking. I definitely would not stay again or recommend to anyone I know.

Bed bugs mold on curtains and when you tell front desk they told us nothing they can do. And when you ask for a refund they refuse to do it. My son his wife and 3 kids sleep in the car in the parking lot because bed bugs were so bad and they refused to give him a refund

This hotel is nasty my stay was terrible. They have a bad roach problem. And all the room doors looks like they have been kicked in. In the room door didn’t lock. When telling the staff about it nothing was done at all. We had booked our stay 5 days 4 nights our first night there. They go tell me that they can only refund me for 2 nights out of the 4. But I will not recommend them to nobody

Judging from the photos this place looked beautiful and clean, but those pictures must’ve been taken back when this place was first built, because it looked NOTHING like what I booked on the site. I tried getting a refund but was denied, so, no, I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.
