Great Weekend

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary this weekend. The condo was clean with the exception of the dishes. I had to wash everything I used. The location is perfect! There is so much to see and do in Myrtle Beach. We plan to return!

Called 30 mins after booking switched rooms

I got a call right after i booked. They said we dont have that room available we can set u up at another one. I agreed. I get there there is stuff crusted on door,i go in stuff smeared on cabinet,dirt hair and zip ties on the floor,safty bumpers on doors were broken with exposed screws,found candy wrapers and sexy cloths under the bed,mold on airvent and washer, dryer took 5 times to dry out cloths. In short dirty,not safe for kids. My wife and i could not even sleep togeather becouse how dirty it was. I told manger she sent cleaning and matnince but all the probles showed themselfs after as we used it more.do not use them they are horable

Out of hours check in was terrible no clear instructions on where to collect keys or where apartment located. When not from the US and never been to the area before clear instructions are a priority. Once in apartment unable to connect to internet for 3 days as given wrong user name and password. Cleanest of apartment left a lot to be desired will not be returning

Condo was in a high rise, which was great for the beautiful view, however upon check-in directions of how to get to it were vague making it a little difficult to find. Be prepared for a very tight parking garage! If you drive anything other than a small car, park in the regular parking lot. Absolutely LOVED the swing on the balcony, was a perfect place to relax. Upon arrival, our bed did not have a mattress protector/pad which I requested. Although it took about half an hour, they did finally get that on our bed and the bed slept well. That evening we reported an issue with the light being out in the shower as well as the shower head spraying water from the top connection that they said would be repaired the next day, however we never had anyone out for either issue. Overall, it was a good stay, however it would have been helpful for those issues to have been addressed as promised.

Excellent view

Room had an excellent view. The room was clean and tidy easy access to the elevators, easy check-in easy check out. Furniture, a little dated but clean and easy to use. Also out on the porch for chairs and some toys to take to the beach. I would suggest painting the baseboards and just freshen up the roads look

Beautiful little gem

A nice quiet community! We really enjoyed our stay excluding the parking garage which was so narrow it encouraged us to leave sparingly which was fine for us as we prefer to enjoy the beach. The beach hippie coffee group was a wonderful beach walk every morning to start our days, greatly suggested to any future guests.

Great condo- difficult parking

The condo itself was nice. The kitchen wasn’t super clean. The check in office was very difficult to lactate. There was not clear signage. It seemed like we were trespassing. The grounds keeper there said most people have a hard time finding it. The parking deck was super tight. There was auto paint on the walls of the turns where many cars had been scratched trying to make the turns. It was stressful. We received a ticket when parking our CRV in a compact spot even though we were well within the lines of the space.

The condo location and the view were excellent, but the condo needed some upgrades for a 5 star and some thoughtful additions. We had no tea towels or dish cloths and the towels provided are thin and worn. Also no iron. Great view but balcony has only a swinging chair and iron bench. A table with two chairs would have been lovely for coffee or diner. Lots of room for this.We locked our bikes in parking garage and the lock was cut and bike stolen. I received several emails from Elliot Rentals while there regarding rules etc but no reply to my email reporting this incident. Unlike other places I have stayed, this unit is managed by a large rental company so seemed to lack a personal touch. We had a great holiday but I would give this rental a 3.75/5

Perfect for us, quiet area, lots of opportunity for biking , and walking. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The unit Is an ideal size for a couple. A good layout, beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay.
