We arrived late on a Friday evening and confirmed our reservation the day before letting them know we would be late. When we arrived, we discovered they had given our room to someone else. We had to look for another room at 1:00 in the morning.

The room smells molded, had to spray the room with air freshener in order to breathe properly. The ceiling had water mark and paint was falling fron the ceiling, paint was stripping on the wall around the window.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The only "hot" item was the make your own waffle, the "free" breakfast just meant go buy it somewhere else. We wanted to use the pool that was listed in the ad but it was empty. No one ever came to turn over the room and our shower leaked so after 2 days i had to carry an armfull of soaking wet towels to the front desk and request fresh towels. We emptied our own trash on day 3. The best part was the envelope in the room requesting a tip. I think tey should have tipped us!

The staff was amazing and helpful! The room was semi clean. The shower was in poor condition. Leaking from the shower head and water flowed on to the floor. It was not sealed correctly and mold present. The air conditioner did not cool properly.

When the lock finally worked after multiple tries the door was so jacked up that a grown ass man struggled to get it open. The remote barely worked, the buttons didn't function. The pool was nasty like the Louisiana swamps. It was closed.

We booked this location for a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. The location is okay, if you don’t mind a 30 minute drive to the attractions. The room was very cleaned and updated. If you’re looking for something last minute and affordable, this place would be perfect. I would definitely rebook this location again. Would recommend this hotel for my family & friends looking for quick weekend getaway to the beach.

Front desk BJ unprofessional and rude. Manager gave away my room after I reserved and paid . Drove 6 hrs to get there to found out a “pipe broke” on my reserve room and no rooms were available for me. 20 days later Im still waiting on my refund. Never again me or my family reserve in this place.

Upon walking into our room And checking our room like we always go at hotels we saw a roach run behind the fridge and an even bigger one crawling on the wall! Down right disgusting !!Requested a refund but we were denied. DO NOT STAY HERE

I’ve stay. Son and I there for baseball tournament in Myrtle Beach. Clean. Wish I had known grill wasn’t available and wish had offered additional options for breakfast. Overall good stay and would stay again.

Well where to start was told had a pool it was out of order ..the air conditioner did not work room was hot ..had a washer and dryer but washer was out of order ..front desk staff was rude ..just a overall bad service and time ..I will stick to booking .com next time

Adequate for a 1 night stay

Check-in was slow, as there was a problem with a customer checking in. There were 3 employees looking at the single terminal while the other terminal was unused. And they didn't even acknowledge those of us walking in to check in, or subsequently, standing there looking on. A simple, "We apologize for the wait and we will be right with you," would have been nice. The room was clean, fresh, and pleasant. It had just been cleaned, apparently a lot of chemicals/cleaning solution, or carpet powder had been used, so much so that it gave me a headache after being in the room only a few minutes. I requested an odor neutralizer and was given one to use immediately, which did the trick. The king bed was comfortable, but in the summer months, I wish they would provide a lightweight blanket, instead of the heavy comforter. As I have found in many hotels, the a/c was inadequate. Of course, it was very hot outside, but the room was cool, and the unit did run, but we were unable to change the fan speed, or allow the fan to run continually. The humidity was high in the room, and we would have preferred a fan that would stay on to diffuse some of the sounds outside and in the hall.

We had relayed to hotel staff that we would have a very late hotel check in, as in after 11pm. They said they will make a note, but when we got there to check in, the lady at the desk was extremely rude stating that there are no rooms. I said we have a reservation. She repeated they have no rooms and that Expedia overbooked. What really happened was that Quality Inn rebooked our room even though they knew we were coming in late. Completely unacceptable.

Room fine, breakfast terrible.

We booked it short time before arrival. The room was fine. The breakfast was nearly not exicisting, no selection, almost everything was empty, no refill inspite the staff took a look around the buffet. There were 40 min. before it closed.
