Drain on bath tub wasn’t draining as one baths and the soapy water covers ones feet as you wash. Mold and rust all over the room. Not enough towels.

Where should I start? Runnnn!!!!Walking into the lobby the person working the door was vaping and blowing it towards my children. Then after check in we went into the room that was assigned and that room was completely trashed. This place was filthy dirty, very noisy, and unsafe for my teenage daughters to walk alone to get ice and drinks. There was numerous people walking around intoxicated. I went back to the front desk and complained and showed pictures of the room. The guy working the front desk assigned a different room. That room was cleaner, but not the best. The smell on 2nd floor was so horrific that it made my daughter want to vomit. I don’t know what the smell was, but we had to run to the room because it was breathtaking. I made the decision to load our things up and leave at 9pm. This place isn’t kid friendly! Also, while at the hot tub looking around we noticed a man and woman doing very mature things. I made my kids exit the building immediately. No security at this place. The parking is a nightmare.

I was planning a quite get-a-way at the beach during my stay, although many others may have enjoyed the loud band that played next door every night until 11pm.

I am not a person who likes to leave negative reviews but I would advise anyone NOT to stay here. The area didn’t feel safe, we walked into the hotel and there was a weird smell. There was blood in the elevator, and there was mold in our room. We immediately checked out and demanded a refund. The photos are either old or fake. Expdiea did an awesome job of helping us get our refund back for quality issues

Overall a decent hotel. Not the newest most modern hotel but nice and clean in a quiet location. Staff was helpful when needing assistance with anything. Had a nice stay there!

Pros- Overall great place to stay. Room was clean with plenty of linen. Pool/beach areas were clean and nice to be around with plenty of room. The live music from 2-11pm cultivated a good atmosphere to be around. The fitness facility- outdated cable machine with lots of rust, was able to get an overall full body and/or arm workout in. Few treadmills. However, the mega fitness gym (included in our stay) 5 minutes from hotel was excellent. Cons- Kitchen appliances. Were only equipped with one skillet and very few plates. No pots or pans. However, front desk offered pots and pans after calling them.

the property was good when you walked in. Once i got to my room which was 1738 it looked like a motel. It was mold on the walls , smelled like pee & old cigarette smoke. Only good thing was the few. The furniture was old and not to mention. It was someone actually living there with all of there belongings in one room. Just to not get scammed by pictures like I did please review the place in person . I did get refund only good thing.

I have stayed at this resort many times over many years in the past. First couple of visits i was given a great room, however over the last few years, were given rooms in bad shape, or rooms that were not what I booked. This last visit booked thru you, i asked for an ocean front room, however it was on a low floor where i looked out and saw a gravel roof, and it was partially blocked by the roof of the outdoor bar. Hotel gave me a choice of another room which was ocean view, which was a better room, however it was a downgrade and the hotel would not give me any credit toward the price. I will not be staying there anymore.

The place was nothing like we pictured we stayed in a suite which was not the cleanest. My last night I’m in bed and I see a roach crawling down the wall. Parking is horrible if you have a space I recommend you stay put because if you go out trust and believe you will lose out.
