This property was really bad. It had mold in the room. Really old hotel. No microwave to warm up food. Roaches alot!! Water leaking from the ceiling light in the bathroom. This person that owns this hotel is a slum lord!! Then I was sent to Ocean plaza also owned by them. I looked at one room and got trapped in there. Their phone did not work. House keeping had to get the door handle off to set me free. These 2 properties have been reported to the board of health and better business bureau. Stay away from hotels!!

This is one of the nastiest places I’ve ever been!! Staff was very rude and even got into a cussing argument with another guest due to house keeping stealing out of there room! Cigarette butts everywhere on the property. Drug activity right outside. Room had block mold on the walls. After trying to get a refund I was told no every though we didn’t stay there. Save you money and go somewhere else

To start we were charged an extra 420 that wasnt shown on the listing. Plus a 100 cash damage deposite which we did get back on checkout. The photos shown are not what you get. We were HIGHLY disappointed... they may have one thats rennovated nicly, but thats not what we or anyone we talked to got. Our room had tore up carpet, with the tack strips poking through, and it smelled like cat pee/mold. We were on the 5th floor and rain leaked in from under the door soaking a large portion of the carpet. There were palmeto bugs and roaches. The only nice things about it were the location and the staff. NOT worth the money we paid.

I liked the closeness to the beach. The room wasnt very good. Had a dead roach hanging from ceiling, blood spots on wall that I assume was from bed bugs, the air was awful in first room. I had a room with 3 beds. One bed when u first came in and 2 in other room. The air sucked in the first room.

You couldn’t park close to the motel had to walk across a busy roadway and I had disabled people and small kids so that didn’t work out good as they couldn’t move fast enough, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable however it needs a more comfortable chair in the room so you don’t have to lay in bed all the time , I did see a cockroach in my room in the kitchen but it wasn’t over ran by them . The lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly.

The room looked nothing like the picture it was very dirty it was a smoking room smelled bad there were roaches and upon arrival they required a $100 cash deposit which I did not receive back because they were not allowed to open the safe the time I checked out and said that they will mail me a check

Do not recommend!!! Check in wasn’t until 4 we (myself and 2 kids) Arrived at 3 they said our room wasn’t ready so we waited by the pool and in that hour not one person went in to clean or came out about 3:50pm I went to see about getting our keys he checked us in before I would allow the kids to bring bags in I inspected the beds only to find blood stains dead bed bugs and several live bugs under the mattress covers there was a hair in tub dirt all over and sticky stuff on the table it was nasty I immediately went to them and let them know we would not be staying there and requested a refund which was another big ordeal he ended up refunding the $154 deposit but not until the next day I’m still out almost $400 the $500 I had to pay to stay elsewhere
