Wonderful ocean view. Very good beach access. Really nice outdoor relaxing area around pool. Access to the Breakers hotel water park. Front desk person very nice and accommodating. Negatives: Our room was very dated, very small, tv smallest I’ve ever seen, ac didn’t work, could not switch from shower to bath, toilet leaked when we got there they came to fix it and it continued to leak, something in my bed I couldn’t identify, no place to put luggage except on only 2 chairs or table, etc, etc. Very expensive for what it was. I will not be going back!

Overall we had a great time but only negative is the carpet in our room was quite old and worn and hallways and entrance doors could use a new paint job. Staff was very friendly and loved the view from our room!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are. In need of updates and repairs. Kept our suitcases and personal items up high as we found a few pesty critters we had to take care of. Breakfast was underwhelming.

perfect for a short trip! Free breakfast was delicious. Location is great and its easy to get around to local attractions. Only wish you could easily rent chairs from the hotel for the beach. Would stay again in the future!

Check in time was at 4 PM and we arrived right on time. We were told at that time that they double booked our room and had to ask the other guests to move rooms, so our room needed to be cleaned. They said it would take about an hour. I checked back in an hour, and it still was not finished. No communication with us in the interim. I checked back at 5:30 and was told the room was ready. When we arrived into the room, the room was not clean. The toilet had feces under the toilet seat, and the floor was filthy. They were dirty dishes in the dishwasher , and dirty silverware in the drawer. We went and bought our own cleaning supplies and re-cleaned everything, including the kitchen and the bathroom. The rest of the stay was decent. What the hotel does have going for it is location. The breakfast area needs improvement on the weekends. Not sure if it was due to understaffing, but garbage was overflowing and food was not replenished timely. Unsure if I would recommend this property.

I loved the area around the pool and near the beach. I especially liked all the lounge chairs overlooking the beach with Turf so you didnt have to worry about sand or it getting too hot to walk on. My only complaint was the door to the room would stick and if you didnt notice it wouldn't be locked and someone could have just pushed it open. Also the cleaning crew entered my room at 6 am while I was still asleep , which woke me up earlier than I wanted to get up. They immediately left when they realized but still way too early for them to come into a room.

Loved staying at an ocean front resort. Great location in Myrtle Beach. Wish we stayed longer. Our room was perfectly sized and the kitchenette was wonderful to have. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great for families or couples.
