One bedroom is king and one queen; each having TV/DVD combo, and walk-in closets.

Love it

We have stayed in this condo 2 times and we are never disappointed. Condo is clean. Has everything you need and the views are unbelievable of the intercoastal waterway. Can honestly say can’t wait to come back again

AMAZING condo and location!!

Condo was very clean and comfy. Directly on the waterway so it waa nice to sit on the screened in porch to have a drink and watch the boats go by. Located in gated community which is very quiet but close to everything: Food Lion, liquor store, restaurant, Walmart, etc. Betty was very easy to work with and responsive. Would reccomend and stay again!

We loved it!!

We absolutely loved staying here in this condo! It is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen is well stocked. More than enough towels & washcloths. I loved having a washer & dryer in-house. Lovely view of the Intercoastal. We had a bit of difficulty getting in the front gate, but it was handled immediately and was never a problem going forward. Even though Hurricane Debby "dampened" our vacation, we were grateful to have a beautiful place to stay and keep dry! Thank you!! We WILL be back!

A view of the waterway from every window. Clean lovely place. One of the two bedrooms does not have access to the closet and the queen bed is not very comfortable but overall a great stay!

Best location to relax

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Though it was 30 minutes from the fields, the location was still close to the beach and great food while still being a relaxing spot to come back too. The pool was great and my nephew loved fishing off the docks. The condo was roomy and relaxing. Perfect for us. It was exactly what the pictures show. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Loved it and we will be back.

Daughter's Beach Wedding

Very nice condo, excellent location. Extremely clean. Directions to enter complex and the unit exactly as provided by the owner/host. Very nice layout of the unit. Close to shops, numerous restaurants, and the beach. Anyone interested in a North Myrtle Beach rental, we highly recommend this 2B/2B unit.

Fantastic!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The pictures on the website didn’t do justice to the property. Such a serene view, clean facility, quiet area and conveniently located. Everything we needed was provided, the pools were wonderful and the beach was only minutes away. Would definitely stay again!

This is THE place to relax!

Absolutely LOVED our stay! The location and proximity, privacy, secured entry gate, no noises other than occasional jet skis and boats on the waterway, quiet neighbors, supplies like broom/dustpan, vacuum, starter items, salt/pepper, I couldn't be more pleased with this vacation rental. Even got lucky enough to snap a quick photo of a dolphin hump in the waterway! Owner was quick to reply with questions, everything was exceptional! The floor plan layout of the house was the first I've seen and gives SO much more room! The reclining chaise lounge, Smart TV and welcome book with instructions and recommendations. 100% would stay here again! I needed R&R, not crowded beaches with screaming kids, this was perfect!

The View!!

This property has the most amazing view of the intracoastal waterway. The sunsets over the water were fabulous as well as any other time of the day. Natural light comes streaming in, although Betty has provided curtains in the bedroom and blinds if you are not enamored of the light. There is a wonderful seating area where I read my books and my granddaughter loved sitting there also...for breakfast or for reading. The beds slept very well. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Air conditioning worked well and the kitchen is well stocked with just about any kitchen implement or appliance. There were start-off toilet tissue, kleenex, paper towels, dishwashing detergent. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. I also made use of the nearby dock to read on and do a little tanning while watching the different boats and jet skis pass by. (Beach only about 5 minutes away by car.) We also used the nearby pool. The people living here are so nice. We had a bit of a problem getting in on check-in because the code would not work, but a kind soul let us through. After that, Betty's fob got us in and out easily. Also, Betty provides a great book about the area. We recommend trying Buoys and Soho in downtown Ocean Drive, as well as the hidden gem, Blue Drum on the waterway...also Filets. We did breakfast at Eggs Up Grill which is always great. We would definitely love to stay here again! Convenient to everything, including Myrtle on nearby Highway 31.

Perfection

It was absolutely perfect. When we opened the door and we see a boat going down the intercoastal like it was in the living room we knew we had picked out the right place. The view was perfect every room has a view of the water . The condo has a great layout with the bedrooms on separate sides of condo with full bathroom. The condo was very very clean and comfortable the pictures in the reviews don’t do this condo justice it is everything you see and more we can’t wait to come back . Tom and Tia Love this condo

Relaxing Trip

This was our third stay at this property. As before, we truly enjoyed it. The condo is in a great location for shopping, dining or just spending time on the beach. This condo is improved every year we stay in some way. The view of the intra coastal waterway entertained us so well. We loved our stay, and hope to stay here again!

BFF Getaway

Overall this is a nice condo, but we did experience some issues the first couple days. While the description said 2 master bedrooms w walk in closets, we found that the queen bedroom's closet was locked. Betty explained that it was used for cleaning supplies. So my friend ended up using the laundry closet to hang her clothes for the week. The day after arriving, the AC quit working. Betty immediately contacted an HVAC tech. However, We lost a day waiting for the tech to arrive. After that, we had no hot water. Once again we contacted Betty. Another repair man came. He explained that he believed there was some sort of electrical issue. Once we had hot water and the AC was fixed the stay was fine. Although the master bathroom was not cleaned very well. There were makeup smudges on the cabinet, rug and light switch pad. I would stay here again as I believe the AC and hot water weren't a normal issue.

Very nice. A little problem getting in. The air conditioner quit while we were there but the owner took care of that very quickly. One bedroom didn't cool very well. Furniture was very nice.

Awesome place to stay. Had an issue getting in initially, but after that no issues. The beds were extra soft, so a stiff back in the morning could be expected. Great place to stay, tho. Highly recommend

Lovely waterway location

The two master suites were perfect for my husband and sister and me. Each having full bathrooms. Views from bedrooms and living area of waterway great for watching boating activity. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items. Betty was welcoming. Very nice complex and great access to highways.

Our stay at Betty's Place

Hi. Betty's place is nicely located on Myrtle Beach's inland waterway. When we arrived the place was very clean and the kitchen nicely equipped. Betty was a very good host and responded to us promptly when we had a small issue with a parking pass. The one small thing was that some of the windows were sticky and could not open...probably an oversight on whomever did the cleaning, as it appears that dirt had accumulated in the runners thus making the windows very hard to open. We would have no hesitation in renting Betty's place again and certainly no hesitation in recommending her as a quality host. Phil R Stephanie and I really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to rent from Betty.

Fun on the ICW

We especially enjoyed the location overlooking the ICW so we could watch the parade of boats. The condo was spacious, clean, well equipped, decorated pretty, and comfortable. We initially had trouble getting in to the complex. A resident let us in with their key card. From then on it was easy. We also wished the windows were clearer. But, overall, a great rental.

Condo with a View

This spacious condo has a view of the Inter-coastal Waterway from all the windows. Very peaceful with beautiful sunsets. This large condo was clean and extremely well equipped. Owner is accessible and easy to communicate with. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Relaxing Beach Trip

We had a great time, once again, staying here! Your condo is very comfortable, and fully equipped. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the boats go by. While we were there, we went to the Beach, Little River Shrimp Festival, and took a Dolphin Cruise up the waterway. It was a great trip!
