Have a fabulous vacation or flex-cation in this clean and beautifully decorated condo on Marco Island! Enjoy time by the pool or on the tennis courts, walk across the street to the beach for the day, and then take in the gorgeous sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Keep up on work and school with our separate work station and printer. Wi-fi is included and can be upgraded if necessary.

The beach offers many activities to enjoy with your family or friends including jet skiing and para-sailing. There’s public access to the beach north of the unit between Hilton and Marriott’s Crystal Shores and south of the unit at Marco Island South Public Beach. It’s also a short stroll to local restaurants, theater, ice cream shops, a putt-putt course, and shopping.

Great place!
Christina was great to work with. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I really appreciated the beach umbrellas, wagon, chairs etc. I could quickly walk to the beach. Took me about 8-10 min to walk to the area where I would set up the umbrellas on the beach.

This is a very nice sunny end unit with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo overlooks the lush property and pool area. It is always spotlessly clean! It's our beach go to home away from home! The owner is delightful to work with.

Exceeded our expectations!
We had an excellent time in Marco Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was so clean, comfortable, quiet and so accommodating. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the island. It was an easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile) and we were grateful for the beach towels, chairs and wagon. The pool was perfect for our evening hangout. The kitchen was fully stocked. We didn’t run into any problems or felt we were lacking anything. We even had access to streaming channels for the one night we stayed in. Bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We were extremely happy with our stay and hope to come back again next year!

Perfect getaway
We have been to Marco multiple times and this spot has been the best so far. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy, the shed has everything you need for the beach. The place was the perfect size for us, super clean and great location. I highly suggest this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing spot. House e manager/owner was super accessible.

The owners were on top of communicating. I was able to text her and get a response right away. Marco Island South beach literally is across the street. Easy access. Owners had everything on site for the beach. We will DIFFERENTLY be staying there again. I promise you cant go wrong with this site. If you never been to Marco Island. This is a great condo to start with.

Convenient Location - Good Views!
We really enjoyed our time on Marco, and this place added to the enjoyment. There are views to the east, north and west, so we got to see great morning sunrises! The sunsets would have been behind one of the towers (late August), so we walked the 4-5 minutes to the beach to view them instead. During other times of the year, you can probably see the sunsets from the balcony. We were fortunate to see great sunsets three nights in a row - pretty rare for this time of year. There is one parking spot with a shelter that also has the storage for the beach items. We made great use of the wagon, beach chairs, and beach umbrella - what a great addition to the property! The pool was good for swimming quick laps (4-6 feet deep) and the tennis court has both tennis and pickle ball markings. We played pickle ball in the morning before the temperature got too high. Several times we walked north to the shopping mall and restaurants that are on Winterberry. There is also public beach access at that intersection, but it is a farther walk than it is to South Beach. Paradise
From the moment I paid my deposit for our vacation back in March, I was looking forward to this trip. This trip was much needed and will give me time with my sons to reset before our busy schedules take over again. Our trip was just pure paradise. The property and Christina were amazing.
