The property was very pretty with beautiful flowers and a tropical feel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful. Our room was a little outdated but clean. I saw another room which was more updated. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was very clean.

Great stay. Nice room. Only complaint, no storage space in bathroom or any shelf in shower. Bought my own storage container to keep in bathroom & shower supplies were on floor of shower. Need more places to hang towels. Breakfast was nice for continental type. Service was great. Outside landscaping, flowers, etc, beautiful. Pool in good shape, water a little cool. Will definitely stay again if needed.

We thought that the breakfast could be better Would have liked more cereal choice, fresh milk and perhaps more bread options. The toaster broke on the second day and wasn't replaced. A little light music would have helped the atmosphere.

The grounds and pool area are nice. The room I was in was very basic. If you are looking for a good cheap place to stay, this is it, but stay knowing that you get what you pay for. Its a cheap hotel that has the feel of a cheap hotel.

Ordinarily I LOVE staying at Fairways. I always request room 106. There have been several times over the last few years the room wasn't available (hurricane damage, already booked, etc.). This time I was placed in a kitchenette room which I did not like. I found at AFTER I checked in that 106 issue was corrected BUT I wasn't changed to that room--as I should have been. I had HELL finding a parking place when I got back from the wedding--had to park on the other side of the facility whcih I do NOT like. People milling around outside the door of the room--noise woke me much earlier than I wanted. This last visit was simply not satisfactory. I have reservations from 11/30-12/05 and requested room 106. If this room isn't available let me know asap so I can change my reservation to another location. I do not want to stay on the back side of the motel ever again. As I said I really LOVE the peace and quiet of the side that actually faces the road. I do not want to be mingle amount the other patrons. Thank you.

Wow, what a great start, the reception staff were spot on. So friendly and gave great ad.vice on where to eat locally. Room 282 on second floor was cosy and well appointed - no issues at all. The gardens of the hotel are filled with tropical plants and trees. The family owners have spent a great deal over the past year or so improving the hotel and it shows. Fabulous seating areas on new decking , so well thought out. Continental breakfast served in the courtyard where there are tables to sit outside to eat. Very imressive pool area. Only had one night here but wanted more. Staff so friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

This was a great little hotel! Loved the grounds and the atmosphere. Clean & well maintained with friendly staff. The only issue was that the shower was so strong, it blew open the shower curtain & soaked the whole bathroom no mater where you pointed the shower head! Notified the staff & they said they put in new shower heads & have had this problem in other rooms and to change them out. Why wouldn't you just replace them all? Other than that, great stay!
