Located in such a prime location I had high hopes for this hotel but I was disappointed right out of the gate the hidden fees came plus parking extra $75. Next under no circumstances should you attempt to stream anything from their t.v got a lovely charge of close to $100 for internet and that was only 3 movies. I’ve stayed at way cheaper places that had a t.v with streaming included! The bed was rock hard and an old dirty coffee filter in the coffee pot other than that the room was tidy and clean. The included breakfast again was a terrible disappointment small selection of subpar quality. The staff was nice and overall the place is in good condition clean and well maintained. But lacks the upgrades that most hotels of similar and lower quality have already adopted. For $400 a night including the hidden fees it should be able to afford what lesser hotels offer for free I won’t stay again it’s prime location is the only reason its doors are still open

Thanksgiving Family Stay
The location was convenient, and the family-friendly atmosphere felt welcoming. We stayed in a spacious suite, which was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff was friendly, and the housekeeping team was courteous. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious options, though no high chairs were available; thankfully, we had our stroller. However, there were significant issues. The hallways, particularly on the third floor near the elevator, had an unpleasant smell like vomit that lingered for two days, leaving a poor impression. Our suite faced the street rather than the rear water area. While it was quiet, it would have been nice if we had been asked about our view preference at booking or check-in. The parking fee was disappointing. At $25 per day plus tax, it totaled nearly $54 for our two-night stay. This felt like a hidden charge, especially for a hotel of this caliber, and it should have been included or clearly communicated upfront. The biggest frustration was our crib request. We contacted the hotel a day before arrival, and while they confirmed our request, their reply oddly mentioned that pets weren’t allowed, which was confusing since we were asking for a crib for our baby. Despite their assurance, no crib was provided. While there were positives, the lack of attention to detail and communication, along with hidden fees, made our stay less enjoyable than expected.

The hotel has a lot going for it. The amenities are excellent, with a well-maintained pool, a great fitness center, and a delicious breakfast spread. The location is also unbeatable—close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it very convenient for exploring the area. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our stay. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Specifically, the mattress had a big dip in the middle, which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. My spouse ended up sleeping on the couch for two nights due to the discomfort. Due to the thin walls, ceilings and floors, this isn’t a good hotel for a light sleeper. Additionally, the AC in our room was not functioning properly towards the end of our trip, which left the room uncomfortably warm. Overall, while the amenities and location are fantastic, the comfort of the room could use some improvement. If these issues are addressed, this would be a perfect place to stay.

Nice place, good pool but it was cold in the halls and our room. The thermostat obviously didn't work. We went to Florida from Chicago for the warmth and it was ironically too cold in the hotel. It was stupid.

This was a wonderful property located within a short walk to the restaurants and ships on 5th avenue. The hotel was clean, fashionable, lively and the staff was very attentive. A great value for the area. Loved the overhead airplanes too
