One to avoid
The place is totally outdated, rooms are not representative of how they are pictured when booking. Rooms are dark and in need of modernisation. Rooms smell stale and curtains do not close. Fire alarm hanging off the wall with dirty marks on the wall. Bed was comfy though.

Got double charged and the manager was called and I was on the phone with the bank for an hour. I’m out $550-$600 for 5-7 days…..I know it was a mistake and the staff was very sincere about it but it was still very frustrating.

Nice hotel, horrible check in with the staff.
The hotel was very clean and nice and good price on a Sunday night. But the staff needs 'B' was his name, at least that's what he told me his name was. He was awful. Typical Gen Z with absolutely no people skill. Was his actions fire worthy, possibly! I want someone to call me or respond with a contact phone number so I can call someone to talk about this. It was bad and would like management to check the video.

Poor cleanliness and quality
Although their advertisement says new and clean facility, it is not! After switching 3 times to get a reasonably clean bed (coils popping out of sides of mattress and vomit on couch) we delt with all the rest. Hotel is older and in need of severe updates. Carpet in halls are in terrible shape, there is black mold on the walls in bathroom. Would not recommend!
