Valet will not park a truck that is a 2500 or above due to liability. I was told it was due to the turning radius and accessing parking garages. There is however a parking lot across the street from the hotel. And the cost is actually cheaper than Valet parking.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, as the room was available, which was awesome! They were very helpful and courteous. Beautiful hotel in convenient location, a few blocks from downtown/Broadway.
