Hyvää, vaan ei täydellistä.
"Uusi hotelli, jossa suht tilava, siisti huone. Ainoa miinuspuoli huoneessa oli kylpyhuoneen viemäristä tuleva paha haju! Lisäksi oli harmillista huomata, että vastaanotossa ei asiakkaita aidosti tervehditä tai lähtiessä kysytä, miten vierailu hotellissa on sujunut. Eli liika turismi on tehnyt tehtävänsä, asiakkaat eivät jaksa kiinnostaa henkilökuntaa, joka kaiketi saa palkkansa palvelusta!"
