The pool was excellent, loved the fact it was open late and reopen at 7a.m. the Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was great.

Rooms were unclean. Bugs on sticky carpet. Hair in bathroom. Very unsatisfied. Elevator is out of order and they put us on the 3rd floor with a toddler and infant. However, breakfast was nice and clean.

Very Clean and the staff was helpful. Only one problem elevator was down but staff explained problem and tried to help any way they could. They were working on getting elevator going

I had reserved a 2 queen mobility room on the lower level. When we checked in we were in a standard room on the third floor and the elevator wasn’t working. It was very difficult for us on the stairs. We stay here quite often, but this trip was very disappointing.

The elevator, pool and an exterior side door were not operating. My parents have bad knees and back neither one were able to walk to stairs very well. Once to the room it was difficult for them to leave again.
