They came to knock in our door at 830am.about checkout.. had never had that happen in any hotel since checkout time is at 11. .felt like they kept looking at us everytime we would be going to our car was uncomfortable.

Roaches!! DONT STAY HERE!!

We didn't end up staying here. We got to our room and there was a roach in the tub and end table by bed. They switched us to another room and there was a roach on the bed. Ronnie at the front desk seemed like he didn't believe me but here are some pictures. I didn't get a Apology or anything ! I would not recommend this hotel

We rented two rooms for a family vacation and it was a nice stay. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool and hot tub were clean. We would definitely stay again!

Lots of bugs but it IS New Braunfels. Our room key would not work every time we returned to our room so that was annoying. It’s summertime but they did not have the room cool when we arrived so it took a while to cool it. Cheap.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here we got the room with jacuzzi tub. room was clean and relaxing ..staff was super sweet would definitely stay again
