Awesome Staff! Way to go Staff!!

This hotel has great staff extremely friendly! Rooms are nice and comfortable. Everything is awesome and we always stay at this particular hotel. Only one tiny thing is the floor in the elevator seemed dirty all weekend but i'm sure they mop it and it quickly gets super dirty again. Otherwise a great hotel but the staff really makes it awesome!

I really loved this hotel, it was in a great safe area, the breakfast was truly delicious and they had plenty, the lobby had cookies, popcorn and refreshing cucumber and lemon water, the young men at front desk the time we checked in and while we were there was very courteous.and the young lady in the breakfast area was very attentive and courteous I believe she also worked the front desk for a while. My overall stay was excellent

canceled my reservation before i was due to checkin. , i arrived at 10: 15pm and found this out. . they did a prior auth on a card i no longer use, but held the reservation with. and because the card was inactive, they took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation at 6pm(they said)

Property needs more on the spot cleanliness. Too crowded means that service people have to be on point with cleaning restrooms and floors. It was packed and it seemed like the cleaning crew was not there. Another topic that I am very unhappy about is the fact that it is pet friendly yet when I got to the front desk I had to pay an extra 25 dollars that was was not aware of when I placed my reservation on Expedia. That is not a good consumer attraction. Be upfront about fees. It turned stay in a sour direction.

fairly new place but needs some work.

Rm 401: During heavy rains had water streaming from the bathroom ceiling light fixture, The bathroom door does not latch so can't be locked. I like to have towels available for the pool and one of the pool bathrooms were out of order. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be kind.
