It is hard to get in the parking lot from the other side of the street. Also, the entire building - room included - is set up oddly. Staff was decent.

It was good overall but did lack a little bit more efficiency when it came to the terms they were asking when allowing my mom check to check in they wanted me to send a whole email allowing her to check in
