Entry card didn’t work - staff had me walk back and forth multiple times late at night and early in morning. I explained it wasn’t the card - the lock wasn’t registering. They wouldn’t listen to me explain and just did what they thought was wrong. Finally a lady figured out it needed new batteries in the door and that solved problem. Shower was borderline scalding or freezing cold. There was no in between so my shower time was very frustrating.
