We needed a quick overnight, the staff was kind enough to make up the pullout bed for us in advance, which was above and beyond. Plus it was a very nice room.

The rooms were not dirty but they also were not the cleanest. The indoor pool was decent but it was very hot in the room if you were not in the pool; we liked that they provided pool towels. The breakfast was great there was a big variety of choices.

I was very surprised pulling up to this hotel that a place so rundown could cost $300/night. The staff are doing a great job keeping an old facility clean and running but I would not stay here again at this price point.

Okay hotel

Room stunk. Stains on sheets.Overwhelmingly hot in pool area. Nice employees. Free breakfast better on weekdays than weekends. Good location.

The room was fine and clean. Very convenient for dropping daughter at college. I’ve stayed here a few times. The one thing I noticed this trip was the hallway smelled very musty and not good:-( Not sure what was going on. Rooms were fine

This was a $300/night room at a $50/night experience. Not at all as advertised, so please don’t waste your money. Here are some details: Bloodstained sheet, sweat stained covers, no mattress protector. Dirt and grime everywhere. Hair in the bed. Couch was disgusting. Ceilings had water damage. The room smelled like drugs. The heating unit smelled like it was about to catch fire so we slept in the cold. Staff was pathetically uninterested in our feedback. Truly the worst hotel experience of my entire life.

Not very pleased

Thought it was going to be a newer hotel but it wasn't. Not really pleased with exercise equipment, low quality and not much to use. Pool very small and filled with little children - no place for teenage family members. Not very pleased with price either, should have looked closer at other hotels in the area. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The suite satisfied our needs and staff was very friendly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Some signs of wear and tear that could use upgraded but was fine for our 3 night stay.

Quiet property in a nice setting very close to New London. The staff was very accommodating when I arrived in the middle of the night. My only complaint is that the property seems tired. My room had a musty smell when I arrived and the sink, shower, and toilet need to be updated. Otherwise, it was clean and well-maintained.
