Louis Armstrong - The Father of Jazz. A NOLA native. Globally reputable. The Armstrong is a King of Kings (for a home), this spacious apartment is perfect for a group who enjoys being together. Large sectionals inside and out (check out the balcony!), dining for 6+, and comfy beds. Staying here equates to hearing those Jazz sounds for the first time… an experience like no other!

Each spot is equipped with a starter kit, so you have the basics you need to kick start your vacation as soon as you get here. Kitchenware. Coffee. Toiletries. The essentials. We also leave you a little lagniappe snack/drinks while while you get settled in.

The Armstrong has a location that can't be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that NOLA has to offer all within a casual stroll of this home. Did we mention the French Quarter was just a 10 minute walk? If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater.
Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.
Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home.
Rouses Market is nearby too.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

PARKING
While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Great for Girls Trip
The condo was perfect for our 4 person girls trip! Plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and awesome terrace. We were walking distance to Canal street but never had to wait more than a couple minutes for a ride share. I would stay there again in the future!

Excellent VRBO
I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO’s over the years but I must admit, this place was the first VRBO that did not disappoint me in any way. The place was nicer than even the pictures showed, and cleaner than any VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in. That is usually my biggest complaint, but not here. If I ever return to NOLA, I would definitely stay here again. The location was also great, and we felt very safe there. Excellent choice!

We were quite surprised at the location and the amount of space offered in this condo. The restaurant below (Bricquet) was very good . Parking was a block away which was no problem at all. This area of NOLA cleaner than most.

The Refinery luxury apartment was simply amazing. The location was perfect. Everything you could possibly want to do is jusr steps away. Communication with he lux team was incredible. Had a fantastic holiday week in this lovely condo. Easily walkable to a lot of highlights and good public transportation. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating. We needed a place to store luggage after checkout on our final day and they made it happen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot close to riverwalk
We stayed here while we were in town for the Saints game. This is a great location far enough away from the party to get some rest but close enough to walk to everything. It’s just a block or two over from the river walk outlets and the streetcar. We walked most places with no issues. Loved the balcony that overlooked the street. The building is really nice and secure and the loft was everything and more. Very quiet at night.

Above and Beyond Expectations
This place is amazing, and such nice touches when you check in from the team! Great location to everything, totally walkable to everywhere, so no need to have a car. We were greeted with a personal note and some snacks to start us off, and the rental team thought of everything from, K-Cups, Creamers, water and toothbrushes. I have been at quite a bit VRBO's and this one is one my favorites! Thank you so much for letting us stay at such a fabulous place!

Girls Trip!
My friends and I wanted a really nice location to celebrate our best friends birthday and bachelorette weekend! This location was so perfect, short walk from multiple tourist attractions, Ubers where super quick to find the location. And most importantly we felt secure with 3 women it was a plus to feel secure in where we were staying. Also, Erika hands down was AMAZING!! From start to finish she literally was so attentive and knowledgeable it made our trip that much better. I would definitely book here again!

Absolutely Love This Condo!
We absolutely loved this New Orleans Condo. It was very clean, very comfortable (great AC which is very important in NOLA in June, and very comfy beds), and very well equipped (when it comes to everything from towels to k-cups). The management checked on us several times via text (which was much appreciated). We loved the location of this unit; it's a safe 15 minute walk to the heart of the French Quarter, but also removed from the nuttiness of the Quarter itself. There are also lots of nice food options nearby (we liked going in the morning up to the Coffee and Beignet Company at the Renaissance Hotel - a block away - for breakfast. But, Iron Works - which specializes in crepes and is less than a block away - is also a nice morning option). Overall, we had a great week of vacation in NOLA and this was the perfect place to stay. If we come back to the city, we will definitely try to book this condo again!

Fantastic spot for couples!
We were in New Orleans to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday and 4 of us decided to get a spot together. Could not be happier with our choice of The Armstrong! The property it self is amazing - spacious, well laid-out, and the balcony was phenomenal. The kitchen came stocked with some sodas, bottles of water, and snacks, which we appreciated after our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and had extra towels and products to use throughout our stay. The communication from the property manager was also great! Prompt and filled with all of the required details to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. The team checked in during our stay and quickly answered a question regarding where we could store our luggage between check-out and our flight - on-site, complimentary luggage lockers for the win! I absolutely recommend The Armstrong and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to New Orleans.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience
The Armstrong looked just as it did in the pictures. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen with all tools needed, lovely interior design, large balcony, great location. Management was immediately responsive to our questions. Not a single complaint. We very much enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate in choosing this location again for our next trip to New Orleans. Family Time
My wife and I met her sister and brother-in-law for a week to celebrate his birthday. With two bedrooms/bathrooms, this unit was perfect! The only thing is: I couldn't find a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine!!! Not to worry though, the bartender at Briquette opened it with a smile. This unit will certainly be on the top of my list when we visit New Orleans again!
