PARK CENTRAL HOTEL IN MANHATTAN IS OUR FAVOURITE CHOICE ANYTIME WE TRAVEL TO NYC, EITHER FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE. IT OFFERS GREAT SERVICE, AND IT IS LOCATED NEAR THE MOST IMPORTANT PLACES: CENTRAL PARK, MUSEUMS, CONCERT HALLS, METRO STATIONS, 5TH AVENUE, BROADWAY, TIMES SQUARE, NICE AND BUDGET RESTAURANTS.

First time, staying here, And this hotel is just OK kind of basic if you’re not looking for room service or a nice restaurant bar/restaurant. Kind of pricey but great location to Central Park and Time Square. We asked for lightbulbs for our room a couple times, but no one ever brought them up. We just took them from the hallway because our room was so dark. Housekeeping would freshen up the rooms, but would forget to leave towels and tissue. We had to call down or find them in the hallways. Our remote did not work and we asked for one but they made us wait till the the next day. The staff has no sense of urgency. I would definitely not stay here again with so many better options nearby.

Im in the Hotel 22/23 with my family and room is to cold wind is coming from around the window, heat is on all night and not going up to 66. Water leak from the bathroom sink and allmos fell and on top of all this water is really dark looks like dirty that means no shower and we use water in bottles to at least washing teeth and face

The hotel was okay. The carpet was dirty and the room was right next to the gym so there was noise constantly all night. I might stay there again but definitely not on a lower level or next to a gym. Also would like to view more than the back of the hotel. Thanks

We stayed here for one night and it was nice. After exploring the city all day, we booked another night. The second night was not as nice as the first. The room came with a space heater (weird) and there was NO hot water. A maintenance worker came but said there wasn’t anything he could do. Nothing like a cold shower to wake you up. Parking is slightly inconvenient but now that we now where to go, we would stay again. Location is good.

Overall it was nice, with good location hotel and easy public transportation, unfortunately the walls are not well sound insulated, on the room next door was a baby that cry until late nigh and early morning, it really fells like the baby was in our room.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and the condition is very poor compared to 8 years ago. They only have 2 elevators, and one broke the 2nd day we were there. We got on the elevator with someone that must stay there often and he said it happens a lot. The room wasn’t clean, the shade was torn on the window. We go to Central Park every year, and we won’t be coming back to this hotel. It doesn’t matter how much $$ they say they are putting into the building, as it’s very long overdue.
