As a service minded hotel chain with the clear objective of having satisfied guests, it is very disappointing to hear that it was not possible to enjoy your stay at the Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square hotel. We would like to inform you that the hotel is currently open. We are sorry that the hotel remained closed at the time of your booking, but we tried to offer different options such as a free cancellation or an alternative accommodation at our sister property Riu Plaza New York Times Square hotel, which is located one block away.
