Great place. Great price.
Everyone was very kind, and helpful, from the moment we checked in. The room was well cleaned, and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have to wait long upon arrival, and even the gentleman at night who was the concierge was more than pleasant. I wish I would have remembered their names. Everything went well.

I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the next door. The guys next door are having a party and knocking on the wall all night. No noise protection walls exist so I can hear all the conversation from the room next door. The sofas in the lobby area are so old that no one wants to sit on them. They look like they came from the Salvation Army store.

The young woman at check in was new. She needs to improve people skills. She was not personable, explained the breakfast , etc. very quickly and did not act like she cared we were there. After rattling it off she sat in her chair and engaged with her cell phone. She needs more teaching. Perhaps she should observe someone with an outgoing personality. Room was great for my husband’s handicap needs, beds comfy, clean.
