Stayed for two nights, first night was not going to arrive at the property until 1am, called before hand and were very understanding and kind about the 24 hour check in. The rooms were very spacious, stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Beautiful view. The nearby town of Lewiston is a beautiful little town with coffee shops and bakeries to explore. A great location and a great hotel.

Property was underwhelming given its potential. Room was dated and their was considerable noise from the room directly above at all hours of the night which contributed to a poor sleep experience. the area is fantastic around the property.

All was good but there was a party or something above very noisy at night. But I love the location. If you come back late at night parking is away. I found it annoying that some people parked against the building. So next time I’ll do that.

I regret to share that my experience at this hotel did not meet my expectations. The rooms we were given looked significantly different from what was presented on the website. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms appeared quite dated, and unfortunately, there was an unpleasant musty odor in the room. The walls were surprisingly thin, allowing us to hear the neighboring guest snoring quite clearly. Additionally, this hotel is pet-friendly, which is not my preference. Overall, I felt a sense of misrepresentation regarding our accommodations. On a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at the nearby Griffin restaurant, which offered delicious food and drinks—certainly a highlight of our stay. The location was also convenient for our needs. The hotel’s service could use some improvement. When we requested housekeeping to clean our rooms, we were informed that we needed to go through the front desk, as the staff had not been assigned to clean our rooms. It seems they may still be following pandemic-related protocols. Furthermore, when we inquired about a late checkout, we were surprised to learn that there would be a $50 fee for each half-hour extension. Thankfully, the staff graciously allowed us an extra half-hour without charge. In summary, my rating reflects the convenience of the location and the kindness of the staff. Otherwise, I would be inclined to rate it lower.

This property is terribly outdated and in serious need of some upgrading along with needing to fix ALOT in their room. Upon checking in we smelled mold and noticed that our AC was leaking WATER! The room was dirty and the shower was even worse. The entire hotel just was icky so we checked out 20 minutes after seeing the state of our room. Not to mention the property doesn’t have its own parking for guests and the parking lot is down a hill in open public parking so DONT leave valuables in your car. Seriously disappointed but glad they refunded my room.

Great Stay! Great Location! Great Hotel!
Great stay! Great location! Perfect for walking down by the river or up to the adorable little town. We were worried about parking, but actually - it wasn't a problem - just sometimes you had to park in the lower public parking lot - but that was fine. Our room was right next to the elevator and we were worried it would be noisey - but it wasn't at all. There was also a dog you cold hear in the hall that kept barking - but once we were in our room - we couldn't hear it. Great location to visit Niagara Falls USA! We spent our evenings hanging out down by the river listening to the live music at the restaurants/bars down there. Also lots of restaurants and live music up in town (short walk up the hill) and great little town to walk around and check out some of the beautiful homes. Would definitely go back!!
