The owner of the property was genuinely nice and accommodating. Gave us suggestions on sightseeing. Breakfast was especially good and abundant. Slept like a baby on the pillows.

website said it was a 12 minute walk to niagara falls. we had to drive because it was over 8 miles away. the room had 2 queen beds but could not walk into the room and put down over luggage. we could not walk between the beds. the door to the bathroom and the outside door keep hitting each other because the doors were too close.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of commitment to keeping their rooms clean and sanitary. Shower was not cleaned and had dirty hair and soap suds in it. When we told the hotel staff, we were given a new room. Which was even worse. When getting ready for bed, my family and I noticed women's hair under the comforter on both queen beds, in addition to stains and marks on the bed sheet. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Read reviews before booking!

It was overall okay. The room service was not good as I had to wait for my towels and toiletries for more than an hour. Wish they had a dustbin at the entrance so we can dispose of my dog’s poop bag more easily. We had to carry it with ourselves because there are no dustbins around the entrance at all.

Although the staff was super friendly, there were blocked areas and construction going on. The room we stayed in have water damage on the wall and ceiling. I do have to say that as someone who has had 4 back surgeries, the beds were comfortable.

Enjoyed staying

This was a good stay.. the breakfast was good. Hotel staff was very friendly. My kids enjoyed staying here. It was close to Niagara Falls without having a lot of traffic
