We booked specifically because they have a hot tub. Hot tub was not in service. Staff said the owners don’t tell anyone or update website to say the hot tub is not working. $200 for a room on an off season Tuesday and no hot tub, not coming back.

The stay was okay. We learned each dog is a Charge of $25 each small or big. They put us in a room that smelt like it was a dog room. I am going to assume in the old building but it was okay.

We weren't told they only clean and restock the room every 3rd day. We had to reteieve our own towels daily and leave the dirty towels outside the door on the sidewalk and the same with our full garbage cans. All at the instructions of the cleaning staff. Our neighbors let us know they found mold behind their bed and was checking out. We were afraid to look and stayed our 3 nights...

I chise this location for the spa, had I of known that it was under repair I would have went somewhere else. After a long day of driving all I wanted feom this stay was to relax in the hot tub. Sadly it was not able to be used.

The property was very rundown shower broken water sprayed all over the floor . Bedroom floor was dirty had to wear our shoes But the Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Pros: The room design was brilliant. The placement of the bathroom and the toilet being far away from everything. It was a spacious room with huge TV. Beds were clean and they were comfortable. Location was amazing. It was walking distance to almost everything including Safeway. Cons: Poor breakfast. Not even bacon.

The breakfast was good, however, booking 3 rooms with Expedia for this property was to be charged on date of arrival - and I was charged for a total of 3 rooms when reservation was made. When I called the hotel, staff stated that that was Expedia's responsibility - and of course, there is no way to contact Expedia directly.

The food is bad. Plan not to eat there. Other than fruits, waffles that you make, and yogurt everything else is garbage. Everything is from concentrate, eggs, sausage, even coffee.

My new favorite place to stay when we come out!

This place was perfect for what we needed! Rooms are extremely clean,comfy beds, cute and loved being able to sit out in the grass in the sun and so some yoga/meditation! The staff here is so kind and helpful we just loved being here!!
