Check in was quick and the staff was pleasant. The room was a disappointment. The flooring near the bathroom was warped and the bathroom had patches on the wall like they started a project that they didn’t complete. The bedding linen is scratchy and uncomfortable. For one night it was sufficient but there are better options for similar cost.

Beautiful area, manager Jennifer was helpful and friendly. Property is old and somewhat worn but clean and comfortable. Good value for this area.

We loved the New England charm, especially having the cute, friendly restaurant right there for breakfast. Beautiful, quiet, green, and close to Wickford Village and a reasonable drive to Newport.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant across the way, Tigger's , was convenient. The breakfasts wère great! Convenient to the areas we were exploring.

Could see daylight around the exterior door, which may have been the reason why dead insects were on the floor inside near the door. Rest of the room clean. Bed was good. AC worked well. Great hot water to the shower and sink in the evening. In the morning, no hot water to either.
