Our 3-bedroom 2 bath condo is Direct Ocean Front. Just open the sliding glass door in the master bedroom or living room and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a luxurious family vacation in our 3 bedroom/2 baths 1200 sq/ft condo.
We maintain an impeccably clean condo, I demand it! No unsatisfied customers (read our reviews). Were a quiet family beach! Celebrating our 25th year! Thank you for making 2024 our best year ever. New for 2024 Newly painted inside, new flooring was added to all rooms. We added 2nd king bedroom suite. We also added a new ceramic tiled walk-in shower in both baths. We replaced the kitchen and added a 42'' flat panel TV in the living room and a 50'' LCD TV's in all the bedrooms. All new Wellborne cabinets and granite countertops with all new stainless-steel appliances. Everything you need is there. We have high speed DSL. We remodeled the 2nd bath to include new sheetrock, vanity with granite and new tiled shower. Book now and get the week you want, not what's left! We also have available additional items for rent to make your vacation more enjoyable. We can even supply towels and linens for just $100 if needed. We also offer limited covered parking to keep your vehicle out of the hot summer sun.

For your convenience, there are (2) elevators that take you quickly to the (5th) floor. All concrete and steel construction for added safety and beauty with a sprinkler system. Reserving with us you won't have to wait to check-in at the real estate office to get your keys, we will send you the entry door code 2 weeks before check in, which means more vacation time.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Sized Tommy Bahama bedroom suite with a 50'' flat panel LCD TV and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bathroom is just in front of the two bedrooms. Mom and dad will love our oceanfront location with Beach lifeguards (in summer) indoor/outdoor pool, covered parking and keyed security doors. The kids just love the sand and waves.

The condo was just as advertised. We were provided the door codes a couple weeks ahead of time and check in couldnt have been easier. The room was clean and cool when we arrived. The beds were made since we ordered the linen package. The comfy beds, reclining couches and nice balcony furniture made it so easy to relax. Most condos Ive stayed in dont have this quality furniture. Just loved everything about it. My parents both have mobility issues and loved that there are no steps to get out to the beach...only ramps. The pool is nice and there's a lovely sundeck with picnic tables and gas grills. Looking forward to staying again soon!!

The Pinnacle is in the perfect location in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The linen service is a great solution if you don’t have the room to bring your own. It’s a nice quiet location and the shopping carts are a great idea to help get all your belongings into the condo!! Will definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful week at this condo. The condo was very clean and the view from the balcony was perfect. The beach at this location was great. It was flat and decently shallow for a good bit out into the ocean which made it nice for the younger kids, as they could stand. There were also many restaurants, shopping areas, and other entertainment nearby. We loved our stay, the condo, and the location and look forward to coming back!

Very comfortable and convenient for our family vacation! Clean and very scenic! The 4 recliners made it feel like home to relax after a day at the beach. Quiet and close proximity to great restaurants and other attractions!

As advertised

The property was as advertised according to the listing. Pros: nice large pool with an 8 foot derp end, building never seemed busy and parking in front of building always available. Cons: need more dishes. Only had 7 plates so you either had to wash dishes by hand after every meal or run a 1/3 of a load in dish washer. Pool was definitely not 85 but was still warm enough to swim in. One day we came back from beach and our condo door was propped open, a/c door was open and nobody around. Saw a work truck in parking lot and reached out to owner asking if or why there was a guy in our condo and never heard back. Other than that it was a great trip and worth the money.

Pros Wonderful view Great location Working with Mike and Selena made the vacation very easy and smooth! They are quick to answer calls! Cons It was not the cleanest upon arrival. Nothing terrible that we couldn’t deal with or that needed fixing right away. It was dusty and trash/items were left behind from the people before us. The washer also had a mildew smell. There is very limited pantry space The WiFi was terrible. The TVs in the bedrooms did not work

Great place

The condo was very nice and just as pictured. Loved that it was right in the beach and easy access. Had everything we needed for our week visit. My only downfall would be the pool. It’s described as an outdoor pool for the summer months however it’s truly an indoor pool. Other than that I would recommend this property. It’s nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back to the area.

Nice condo!

Our family and friends enjoyed a great week at this condo. Plenty of space in living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. 2nd bath was a little small but worked for our group. There were some issues with the ice maker and master shower leaking, but Mike responded immediately to address it. The covered pool was perfect for our 10 month old, and the beach access was a short walk which made it easy to carry all our beach stuff out easily. Overall a great stay, and woukd definitely stay again.
