Awesome stay

This was an amazing place. Very nice! Master bed was very comfy! Basic supplies were provided, which we really appreciated. Nice and clean. Everything was convenient to us. We really loved this place and plan to return soon.

Short Title *

Pool: The water was cloudy, indicating a chemical imbalance and a general disregard for guest safety. Interior Space: Since the start of Covid, I have brought a UV sanitizing light on my trips. The light indicated there was some unseen bacteria left from prior guest. Hardwood floors looked clean, until you look under the bed. Check-in, Website, Communications: Check-in was simple, however I had not received all the instructions. Communication to resolve the check-in was quick and easy. I would have liked to of had a more complete description of items included, ie sheets, towels, pots, pans, cookware, serviceware, bathroom supplies etc. with that said; I was pleased with the items supplied. The supplies were thoughtful and included rainy day card/board games. (smile). Location and Neighborhood: There is a great view off the deck overlooking the marina and inland waterway. The property sits adjacent Hwy 17. Perhaps it was the just that weekend, but the motorcycle rally got a little annoying at times. I'm not sure how you would fix that. Parking space is very limited, seemed like there were more golf carts than cars. We felt safe at all times in the surroundings. Lighting was very good. Easy to find with a straight shot to the beach. and quick access to other beaches via US 17. Our goal was to make some good memories. Our number one goal was accomplished! PS: Sunrise walk on the beach is a must do! Best wishes, B & Family

Good but not great

The location was good, about a five minute drive to the beach. The marina view was nice but only a couple restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean but be prepared for basic necessities only in the kitchen, like no wine glasses. The pool was very hazy and not inviting at all so we skipped it. The biggest inconvenience was communication with the front desk. We had four in our condo and only two washcloths were provided. We asked multiple times and finally got extras on day three of asking. If you call the front desk when it is not open, it forwards to another property and they give wrong information before figuring out that you are calling from somewhere else. Overall, an OK stay, but wouldn’t repeat rent there.

Simple beach weekend

The place was nice and the location was perfect for us. The communication with the property company was not great. We never got access to the internet. Called and someone was supposed to call us back and they never did. Our place was tidy but lacked a deep clean. The floors have not been moped in a while. Our feet would get black when walking on floors. But like is said the overall presentation was tidy. Beds were clean and the property looked taken care of. We did enjoy! I would just have a way to communicate if there is a problem. No communication is not a good protocol. Had we needed to be working online we would have had some issues.
