Upon entering, you'll be greeted by instant views of the ocean. Our open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.

Bedrooms:
Indulge in comfort and style in our thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as private balcony overlooking the azure waters. Wake up to the gentle sounds of waves crashing against the shore and bask in the golden hues of sunrise. The additional bedrooms offer equally serene retreats, with a double bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests, and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs!

Kitchen:
We have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel microwave and stove, as well as a refrigerator, perfect for preparing delicious meals or a quick post-beach snack. All dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils are provided.

Our open dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together with loved ones while taking in the mesmerizing ocean views.

Oceanfront Living Room:
With ocean views and a huge flat-screen TV, our comfortable living room invites you to cozy movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploration. There is also free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected as much (or as little) as you like.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: Due to the highly unlikely event that the pool must be temporarily closed for unscheduled maintenance or safety concerns, Carolina Palm Vacations cannot guarantee pool usage during your stay.

Getting Around:
Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

Interaction with Guests:
Skip the lines! Check in time is 4PM, Guests can go directly to the property and start vacationing. No formal check-in or check-out required.
