I didn’t even got in the room I made the reservation while in the lobby waiting for the teller to help me. There were no customers she was just on the phone. I asked here several questions but she kept telling me to wait to be 3:00 pm. I went to the restroom with my kids, all dirty, paper towels all around, doors locked with no people inside. Lobby dirty not even a water fountain. Attention so poor there was a paper saying will be back from lunch in 30 minutes, and when she got back was only on her cellphone. All I did was get my kids and walked out and I lost almost 300 for the reservation I had just made while she on the phone.

A horror story-DID NOT STAY!!

Pictures in Expedia are false not updated the shuttle was not available and has not been for months after reviewing the yelp reviews confirmed it has not been working for months. My room did not lock and it look broken in to. Food is not available as an amenity as stated. Will report to BBB

Upon check-out, I was charged $8 per towel because housekeeping claimed that ruined them with something black. Here’s the kicker, the room only came with one towel set and when I called the night before requesting more towels, they never showed up.

Yeah, not good. You can definitely tell this place used to be great but not any more. Dirty and old lobby. The vending machines outside looked like they had the money collecting parts busted out and the old restaurant didnt look like its been open for awhile. Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 6:30ish and the room was still being cleaned so we had to wait until 7 for the room to be ready. Makes me think this place isnt properly staffed. Went to the room and checked the bedding for bed bugs. Didnt find any but the room bedding was gross, i could let my kids stay. Axel at reception was the best part or our stay. He was very helpful to us and other guests. He spoke a different language to help out the people before us and he was fantastic when we brought our concerns to him.

Horrible! Do not stay!! Air conditioning and heat are not guaranteed! Towels are 2 face /2fullbody per room and have to be requested daily before 11 am otherwise you can’t get any linen of any kind. Roach and ant infested rooms . Long term residents that disturb consistently. Rude staff, barely any English. They discriminate and had to call the police on staff multiple times within a 3 day stay! Well the rooms are clean and fairly comfortable but the hallways were funky nasty the elevator smell like straight mold the hot tub didn't work you got crackheads living up in there for some reason probably something the city's got worked out with them it's just grubby you know but I'm a East Oakland wood so it don't fade me but if you're coming from out of town man ain't nobody going to want to stay there at the airport especially if you're from like you know Des Moines Iowa or something

Hotel need cleaning inside and out, also could need Fresh Coat of Paint. New Carpet is needed everywhere Carpet was Filthy. I arrived around 5pm No Rooms were available to check-into I was told to come back in and hour still no rooms ready for check-in. First and Last Time will never stay here again.
