Nice friendly staff, they apologised that there was a wifi issue when we arrived but it really didn't matter to us as we were on holiday. You can bring a take away into the bar area in the evening and the breakfast is very nice. No lifts to the upper floors. Car parking is either on the street or down the road and chargeable but not expensive. Happily stay there again.
