Manage your expectations
Escaped to this fine establishment due to hurricane Milton and will definitely return if the situation should arise again. The staff are impeccable. The hotel itself is a little worn and tired but you get what you pay for. I found the employees dealing with a sold out situation completely professional and down right lovely. Thank you for being open for all of us during a very, very trying time.

The hotel looked nice from the outside and the lobby, but that's where it ended. I wipe down everything in hotel rooms with disinfectant wipes, and when I was done they were filthy. The bed was stinky and sunk in the middle. The staff was nice.

The staff was helpful and polite. The establishment is tired and in need of attention, showing its age. The A/C unit moaned all night and due to single pane windows every sound from the street and highway were clear and unfiltered making rest nearly impossible.

My boyfriend and I stayed overnight to get away. Upon checking in,rooms were being cleaned. Floors still wet from being mopped. It was nice to know that they pride themselves on cliff. I truly can appreciate that.

Custom service didn't exist. Room and floor smelt like sewage. Older room that needed some repairs. Cleanliness was meh. The AC was incredibly loud and bed was just springs. Also could hear every passing vehicle and motorcycle so sleep was fleeting. It's an average hotel for above average pricing. It needs better cleaning and more updates/repairs and a heads up about the paper thing walls would've been appreciated

Breakfast and staff helped a lot!!
Carpets needed changing on stairs and hallways. The room we were in smelled like a cigarette. They had tried to clean it up the curtains and the bedding did not smell like it, they changed filters in ac unit… maybe painting might help, I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from neither could they. Breakfast was great different everyday, I liked that!!! Staff were friendly and attentive. If we needed more towels they gave them to us! Enjoyed our stay!
