Spend your next vacation relaxing in this beautiful 5-bedroom home in Ocean View Beach Club, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Just down the street from the Clubhouse and only minutes from downtown Bethany Beach, this home sits in a quiet, low-traffic area. The home boasts an open floor plan, offering a downstairs living room and an additional loft area, allowing space for all to hang out or watch movies on the large-screen TV's (with cable), or play board games (included in the home). Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with all major appliances, regular and K-Cup coffee pots. Ample seating available with a 4-seat breakfast bar, 12-seat indoor dining table and an 8-seat outdoor dining table.

The expansive primary suite is on the main level and includes a king-size bed, extra large closet and full bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, garden tub, and a water closet.

Four additional, large bedrooms located upstairs...3 bedrooms each with queen size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms upstairs as well as a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Additionally, there are two queen-size sofa beds - one in the main floor study and the other in the upstairs loft.
When you are taking a break from the beach and pool, relax on the expansive patio, a prime afternoon spot that is fully shaded. A gas grill, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available for guests use.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Ocean View Beach Clubhouse offers many amazing amenities including a large community pool, fitness room, sauna, and billiards. A beach shuttle runs weekends and holidays Memorial Day through Labor Day (subject to change by the Community)

Amenity passes are available for an additional fee at the community Club House (cost is subject to change by the Community).
