Door was not secure, and the staff was not helpful. We asked for a late checkout and even though the hotel had only a few cars in the parking lot and therefore not full they would not allow an hour delay in our checkout. The 8.2 rating is clearly padded!

I would give this place no stars if I could. Our room door lock was broken, went to front desk. The guy did not care and would not let us move rooms. The couch was nasty, the entire third floor smelled like marijuana. The elevators sounded like they was going to break down at any time & the main entrance doors was even noisy.

Good convenient and safe stay.
The hotel was convenient, safe and the staff was friendly. The young lady at the front desk was great. While the hotel was clean, it was starting to show signs of needing technology updates. The television service was spotty and the door cards had to be reactivated multiple times. I would stay again, but hopefully some updates are in the future.

I'd stay again
Service was excellent! We did switch rooms as 1st smelt like cigsmoke. Staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was ok. Not much, but if motel dont have alot of guest i understand saving food.

Overall good experience staying in the hotel. But the wall is thin and I was woken up by people checking in late in the evening. But I think this is very typical among hotels as well.
