Old and frustrating.
Key card readers are old and have trouble reading the cards: its difficult getting into the rooms. DIANA at the front desk was getting frustrat3d with the card coder machine too cause it was old and wasnt working. The interior is very old and damaged throughout. Air conditioning in the room was mold smelling and very musty. Breakfast was food bank quality.

It was Ok but could have been better.
The room was clean and appreciated the bath tub. I thought the beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. I think it is time to replace the mattresses. The breakfast was good. Waffles were very good.

Was given a different type of room than what was booked, hotel blamed Expedia which I didn’t even use to book it. Ac was so loud barely slept all night. People at desk didn’t seem to care.

Extremely dirty. Bathroom tub was peeling and it was half “fixed” aka a sticker at the bottom of it. We didn’t even stay and had to go find another hotel at 10pm at night.

This is such a mixed review to write on one hand we had a terrible experience with one staff memeber who was rude and mean in a time were my family was already on edge because of an on going family emergency situation but on the other 2 other staff memebers Tony and a young man were execeptionally kind. The facility itself seemed clean our room had a very musty/mildewey smell but the other room seemed good. Easy access to food and stores and right off the highway.
