The room itself seemed clean, the beds are nice and firm, with good pillows. My issue was with the shower specifically. It had a terrible dripping leak and the inside of the tub area was awful. The finish was flaking off, and the drain was almost plugged. The water drained, but very slowly. I paid for a deluxe room on the top floor and this was not deluxe.

Heaters did not work in the whole building which we found out when we returned to our hotel late after a show. Waited over an hour for a plug in heater that didn’t even work. We were really cold until we fell asleep with dogs barking and kids yelling.

Think twice about staying here.
This hotel is run down to the point the ceiling is peeling in multiple locations in the room. There is no dresser in the room and only one bath towel in the bathroom. Hallways are dirty and depressing. I checked in around 9 AM and they charged me $50 then I had to wait at the room door while maintenance fixed the door key mechanism. The woman at the check in desk was nice and so was the maintenance man. I had to check out after only spending a few hours hours in the room. The hotel and room just has a 'gross' feeling.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The property is run down, my room looked nothing like the photos. My shower was not cleaned as it had someone else's hair in it (yuck) BUT THE WORST PART. I checked in for a weekend job I was doing, had 15 to take a shower and get to my job at 5pm, noticed condition was not great but had no time, returned exhausted at midnight. Decided to NOT park in the hotel lot as I observed a few shady people lurking around in the lot, not to mention 2 separate cars that looked like the people in them were not guest and were just doing odd things at 12:05 am , on drugs comes to mind. Then exiting elevator on my floor I could hear loud conversations coming from multiple rooms. I walked to the end of the hall and at least 3 rooms had over 5 or 6 separate voices in them at minimum. This included the room next to mine which I had a connecting door with. Very loud , lots of people. I had to get up early for another full day and needed sleep so this was really not ok. I grabbed my stuff and went to front desk and informed him I could not stay here and why. He asked if I did not feel safe, I said I dont feel like this is a hotel, are you housing homeless? he replied no BUT, they get gov debit cards and one will rent a room and several will crash in it. I dont know if this is the case but I would guess it is. I left went to the Hilton where the front desk guy said on that place is in bad shape we get a lot of people coming over . I contacted Red Lion , no refund to bad.

It was cold had to get space heater floors behind night stand very dirty. Bathtub cracked. Bed was good sheets were clean blankets were ragged. It was cheap to stay so you get what you pay for.

The staff was very nice, but the room was bordering on terrible. The chair to the desk was broken, the bed was so lumpy and bumpy it was almost funny, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was a disaster! I would never stay here again.
