The hotel and room was dated but clean. Front desk and check in was pleasant. Fall colors were nice from our balcony. The train noises late in the evening were disruptive.

1. Bathroom needed to be wiped down, 2. Bathtub is in gross disrepair, 3. Tub drain would not stay up, 4. Towels were very thin which is an indicator the the property is not being keep up to standard, 5. Toilet seat was loose, 6. The TV had no signal or instructions to aquire it, 7. The carpet was unswept, 8. Thne furniture shows much wear, 9. There was no Do Not Disturb sign, 10. The HVAC controls would not respond to inputs.

The room was quite dirty, I worried about getting in the shower. The ac was broken and it was sweltering. I called the front desk and they brought us a broken box fan. The view was great!

Beginning to show its age, clean, great location
Facility is beginning to show its age. Wall behind toilet had peeling paint, cracked bath tub, wall in bedroom had red splash stains (originally thought was blood, but trying to clean it, I believe now is nail polish). Facility was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Parking lot was large enough to handle our F150, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Several homeless on streets, but had a fun stay.

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, dirty fixtures and vents. Scary neighborhood. Homeless people all over. Heater didn’t work. Do not clean rooms or fill supplies unless requested Staff was kind and said a remodel was coming in November

The staff was. Great. Theey were helpful as they could be. The ac didnt work in the room for 2 days, sliding door only allowed 2 inches to be open, so limited fresh air. Microwave in room was very dirty, left over from last guest. Facilty is an old historical and does have alot of historical pictures . As a whole it could use some modifications. Room door didnt seem very secure at all. Wont stay there again.

The employee was a nice guy (William) however the room was very old and the bathtub had cracks everywhere in the bottom, and there was no drain stopper. We asked for another room and we're told that there were no more rooms. We were supposed to have a king suite, and were given a king room instead (like we wouldn't notice,) the water in the shower was hot then cold then scolding hot then cold

All carpet - halls & rooms, was filthy. Hallways need painting - very grubby looking. Homeless people everywhere, along with drug deals. The first room they sent me to had Hot water running in the bathtub & I couldn't turn off. Went back to desk & they gave me another room. I asked if it had been reported before & he said 'yes', but they couldn't afford the plumber for one room, they were waiting for a bunch of them to need service before calling them.

Musty, crusty, dusty, water damage, people living there full time. It was like a slum. Odors, noise, broken toilet, the whole shabang. What a nightmare. Great location!
