They keep the deposit.

They kept my deposit because of smell from smoking. I don't smoke and never smoked. They refused the $100 deposit returned to me.

Low level experience.

The property is not very well maintained and the clientele is very rough. People fighting outside, drug exchanges happening, revving engines all night, our car door was scraped and damaged, broken bottled and littered with cans in the morning. Would never recommend or stay here again.

Getting to the office was weird. Room was definitely not as pictures show. Run down. Rusty hinges, paint coming off the walls, crayon pictures on door, something on the wall behind the bed. Front desk staff was nice. Lobby was cold. Everyone, including staff, had to wear coats.
