This is the first time I stayed at this property. The building shows signs of decline. Hotel appears to have new managers and signs of addressing the decline. One odd piece of the stay was a problem with the door locking ability. Staff was responsive and took care of the issue.

The positives: comfortable bed and quiet hotel. Decent breakfast. The negatives: The hot tub was closed by order of the health department! This did not make us want to use the pool which seemed to still be open. When we walked into our room the bed looked like someone had laid on it. The hotel itself was worn and dated.

Nice place for stay

Convenient location that was easy to get to. The front desk person was very sweet and efficient. Our suite was comfortable and quite roomy.

My husband and I spent two nights here. The front desk did a great job handling what seemed to be several busy nights of stays. The hotel is a bit older but has been mostly updated. There was a spot under our bathroom counter that had not been swept or mopped very well; there were dead bugs that had not been cleaned. The hotel smelled like chlorine when entering, but it wasn't enough to bother us. Our room was right next to the elevator and we heard no noise from it. We did hear some walking noises from the room above us, but nothing that was too bothersome.

The door to the room was difficult to open/close. There was no shower curtain, bath towel or bathmat. Breakfast consisted of a couple of the little package of chocolate or powdered donuts. Have construction equipment in the parking area, where guests are expected to park.

Eh. Get what you pay for.

Very basic. Get what you pay for. Crappy towels. Alot of the room doors looked they they had recently been pryed open. Won’t stay again. Breakfast was minimal. Bed was not comfortable.

They really need to focus on the plumbing in the bathtub because the water drained out of the tub slow leaving a soap residue on my feet and ankles.

The room I reserved wasn’t available and the room they accommodated me to had an awful smell and I cancelled my reservation immediately and left as soon as I could. I will say the front desk worker was nice and did try to get me in a different room but I just didn’t want to stay there any longer and looked for a new hotel to stay at.

The property was very clean and the room was very large. It was easy to get around the room with my walker. The one thing that could use some improvement was the breakfast variety and I thought they could have allowed more time for breakfast..

Staff was very kind. Room was nice and clean. Everything seemed recently updated. Pool was not open, but wasn’t there for that so not a big deal. Typically breakfast selection that was fully stocked. Was a great stay all around.

Do NOT stay here!

If I could give it less than one star I would. This hotel is not at all what is described in the post. Hotels.com needs to look into this and remove the property, When we arrived, it was obvious that there were activities going on there that shouldn’t have been. The room smelled like smoke. The entire property was dirty and ill-kept. We stayed in the room for a couple minutes and turned around and left and found something else in the area. I wish we would have taken pictures. :(
