This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful finished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "AFTER THE GAME APT 1" is a second and third floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, Living Room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50 inch flat screen TV’s as well. All bedrooms have a king size bed. For families that wish to group together, “AFTER THE GAME APT 2” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 as well.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Laundry is in the basement with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The driveway is shared with After the Game Apt 2. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.
Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820
Main Street is just a short walk away with all the restaurants and nightlife, gives AFTER THE GAME an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".
1st BASE is centrally located between both baseball camps.
