Uudempi maa kotona Scenic Setting lähellä Dreams Park ja All Star Village.

Tämä koti on rakennettu vuonna 2005 ja on täysin varusteltu. Mukana on suuri kannelle upeat näkymät ja runsaasti tilaa Ball käytännössä tai muita pelejä. Talossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta yksi kuninkaan ja toinen kaksi kaksoset. Kahden hengen huone on suuri ja mahtuu ylimääräisiä lapsia makuupussit. Jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone sekä 1/2 kylpyamme pääkerroksessa. Talo on lähellä "Baseball Hall of Fame", "Cooperstown Dreams Park" ja "Cooperstown All Star Village". Vuokraamme viikoittain perjantaista perjantaihin, mutta pidempää oleskelua voidaan neuvotella.
Tämä talo on myös haitta pääsee ramppi taloon, wc ja suihku makuuhuoneessa.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Bear Pond Winery. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Fantastic property!
This was a great rental while our son was at CASV. We found it was centrally located - a short drive to CASV, also not too far from Cooperstown, which we visited a few times. The house was very clean, with lots of amenities, like washer/dryer, dishwasher, and A/C. It was also very helpful that linens were provided. We hope to be back another year with our younger son!

Serenity in the Mountains
Our family chose this location to be within close proximity of the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, which was just about a 20 minute drive into the center of town. The home was beautiful and very, very clean. It was very well stocked with everything that one could possibly need . Our teenage kids especially loved having the entire upstairs floor to themselves and enjoyed watching all of the wildlife every morning from the kitchen table and the back deck. Even though this home sits on Route 28, you can not hear any noise from the cars or trucks that pass by, as home sits far back on the property. Marc (the owner ) stopped by to introduce himself and we were also welcomed with a nice surprise treat of chocolates upon arrival. We appreciated how clean & well kept this home was, as well as very spacious. We took advantage of using the bar-b-q grill one evening for dinner and enjoyed dinner out on the back deck and also used the large property to play whiffle ball with the kids. Would certainly recommend to anyone that needs a break from every day life, as well as to families who wish to visit Cooperstown, or the ball parks along the way. We would like to return again to this home the next time we visit the area.

We loved this cozy country home. It had everything we needed for our stay and was only a short drive to the Cooperstown All star village. We enjoyed waking up to the views of deer, wild turkeys, and beavers running across the back field. The location was central to everything. A perfect home for our Cooperstown stay!

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a very nice time. Property was as advertised and Marc (owner) was very responsive to questions. Nearby lake a lot of fun and owner rents pontoon boats as well, so an easy way to spend the day at the lake. Overall very pleased.

Beautiful Quiet Property. Ideal Location for Cooperstown Dreams Park
Well kept property on beautiful surrounding farm land. Easy access to state highway with short drive to Cooperstown and Oneonta. Perfect location and access to Cooperstown Dream Park - south of park eliminated traffic from the more populated north side. The kids enjoyed the wildlife. At one time there were four deer grazing in the neighboring field. We would stay here again if we return to the area and recommend it to all of our baseball friends.

Not only perfect for the baseball family but the area is beautiful. So many things to see and do within a short drive. There is even and winery super close to the house. Great location just south of Dreamspark. The house was clean, well stocked, handicap accessible, scenic and homey. Marc was so helpful with all my questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

A week for baseball
Everything was wonderful. The landlords were great and the house was everything I needed.....just a shower chair would have made it perfect. I didn’t think to mention it until the last day but they were very willing to get one for me even at that late date. I would certainly recommend it and will ask for it again next time we’re in that area. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
