Sugar Beach Condos are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Gulf Shores festivals, and beach activities. We also have an onsite snack beach bar available. Sugar Beach is an economical, family-oriented Orange Beach condominium complex. One of the areas most popular vacation destinations. We have four pools, a tennis court, covered parking and a large beach!

Our family has been taking care of vacationers to Alabama’s Gulf Coast for over 25 years. Sugar Beach Condos is probably the most family-oriented complex with so many fun amenities!

This unit is Gulf Side, not Gulf Front. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Although you do not have a view of the gulf from your balcony, all you have to do is walk down the hall to the elevator -- down the elevator and you are on the beach!

This Sugar Beach unit sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids. It has a Queen Bed plus a Hide-A-Bed Sofa in motel-sized room. It has a full kitchen, bathroom & private balcony. This is a great budget-friendly way to enjoy a beach vacation. We, however, do not typically recommend these units for 4 adults or families with older children simply because of the lack of privacy and space.

During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Rosemary Dunes Trailhead. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Fall Break

I stayed at Sugar Beach Condos last fall break and was really impressed. This year our condo was run down, which would’ve been fine, but the dishwasher didn’t work, the washer didn’t work, the air conditioner was so old and dirty… pretty sure it has black mold growing on it. I’ve stayed in plenty of condos and the bare necessities are provided. There were no bath towels. The room was also dirty. The ceiling fan had at least two inches of dust on it. I don’t typically complain, as long as things are clean… but I couldn’t even wash clothes or dishes which made things really difficult.

July 3rd.

Nice place. Shows it's age a bit. Enough room for my wife and I with one of our daughters. Access to beach is awesome. Parking is tight - you might not want to bring your massive SUV or Truck. Pictures of the place were accurate. Host was great, always available, friendly. Called me a day ahead and said the place was open and we could check in a day early if we want. One elevator was broken, the other elevator was slow. Made for a lengthy move in process when so many others were checking in the same day.

We Would Stay there again. :)

Location was terrific! Close to so much and first floor and just steps from the beach and there was a pool option too. Frig had an ice maker which saved money on ice for cooler and washer and dryer were a must and that was great. Don communicated well with us and was always super kind. He let us know what they had or didn’t have in the rooms so we could come prepared. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness wasn’t the best in the bathroom which can easily be addressed and I believe will be. The water pressure was great and air was cold. We didn’t come to stay in the room so it was perfect and vacuum was handy to run to keep sand off the floor from Coming in and out. Discount for return customers not during prime season. Super quiet. We never heard our neighbors and leaving we found out a couple with two younger kids…… and never heard them at all! That’s so nice cause some places you can hear adults talking next door. It was somewhere the 2 of us would stay again!
